Sadly none of these revelations are surprising. People from certain countries behave in ways which we might view as barbaric, criminal and disgraceful but that is the way they are and its been hugely naive to think that by moving here they would change. Why don't they do it their own kind over here then, instead of picking on white girls? Multiculturalism not all it's cracked up to be imo. |

What is shocking is the fact that certain Northern towns have been overrun by immigrants from the sub continent who have settled here and now two or three generations on these places have become Little Pakistan,Little Bangla Desh etc and in the process have swamped the indigenous population who are now ethnic minorities in the counties they and their ancestors have lived in for a thousand years.
Something has to be done otherwise we might as well create a separate country south of say Northamptonshire and build a wall from the West to East coasts with armed guards and a very limited number of entry points. |

POLICE are investigating the sexual exploitation of vulnerable children in Scotland by men from ethnic minorities in cases that bear striking similarities to the organised abuse of youngsters in Rotherham. Detectives have launched two operations into the abuse of vulnerable teenagers, some of whom absconded from children’s homes, in Glasgow. The first, Operation Cotswold, set up in 2011, focused on a group of Middle Eastern asylum seekers in the north of the city. At least 26 potential victims were identified and files were sent to the procurator-fiscal, but no prosecutions were brought. It is understood vulnerable young girls were found in the home of one or more suspects, but many identified as at risk did not see themselves as victims and were reluctant to co-operate, making it difficult to gather evidence and get the case to court. In February 2013, after Operation Cotswold ended, the police launched Operation Dash, a broader attempt to root out child sexual exploitation (CSE) across the Strathclyde police area. Officers worked in partnership with the charity Barnardo’s Scotland to gather intelligence. Scotland on Sunday understands that, as a result, a number of fast-food outlets and taxi services were linked to CSE and a number of suspected perpetrators, many Asian, were targeted in a criminal investigation. Operation Dash is ongoing and there are live proceedings. The muslim community knew about this. Muslims have come forward to report this. Now we find out Wright also knew about it as did all levels in authority including police.
The media are doing their best to dodge round the muslim element but it was shown by several others including the Times journalist a decade ago. He also said there were up to 50 other different gangs being investigated in the North - this was common knowledge to authorities. Years ago. It is a shame the resources being poured into arresting and cuffing a family trying to get alternative treatment for their sun are being wasted. It seems the police hunt out much more PR related opportunities but have managed even to screw this up!!! Draw your own conclusions. And what a wonderful way to fill the media and knock Bad news off the front page!!! |

Keighley now. 28 men have been arrested as police in Keighley investigate claims of child sexual exploitation by an alleged grooming gang.

After over at least a decade of abuse, and a gang of pakistanis being jailed for it in 2010, there was nothing from the BBC.
4 years on, after we are told that at least 1,400 girls have been assaulted raped and tortured, the BBC have really committed themselves tonight, and have got a 30 minute programme on grooming. |

A researcher who raised the alarm over the sexual abuse of teenage girls in Rotherham more than a decade ago was sent on a 'ethnicity and diversity course' by child protection bosses who refused to act on her evidence.

Seems that child protection in the whole of South Yorkshire is screwed - there was a case late last year/earlier this year of a woman in her 20's pimping young girls around Sheffield market and various other cases involving underage girls in the city in recent years.
Sadly those paid to protect the most vulnerable in society don't seem to give a f**k |
