I've had an incredible week. Never known anything like it for live music.
Maximo Park in Oxford on Tuesday; Maximo Park at The Forum on Thursday (Paul Smith touched me! I'm still excited about that); Half Man Half Biscuit in Shepherds Bush on Friday; and Space and Republica in Islington tonight. I was thinking about going to see Menswe@r (or at least the lead singer) this Wednesday for comedy value, but I can't be bothered. My mate wants me to see Interpol and others in Brixton on Thursday, but I need to have a rest. I've spent almost all of the last five weeks on the lash, in bed or in work. I could sleep for a week. It's been lots of fun though. |

|
By:
Ouch, don't like Fev this year, reckon there's summat wrong. Want to keep on the right side of Swinton this year, got a few wire lads who seem to be going well. Hull FC again, fckued me up yesterday. How many times over the years have people Allen for them!
McCulloch is a top bloke, used to live near him, met him a few times. Just thinks he's bigger than e actually is. Tells a good story though, reckon the ritz gig will be about my 40th bunnymen show since 83 in Liverpool. U on Facebook mate? I'll look u up. |
