The spin put on it needs an investigation all of its own .

Everyone needs to understand how the media operate ...i certainly dont and cannot fathom how from the very start they were not put under intense pressure and made to explain why they left their kids alone .

I do not even understand how the so called intruder got into the apartment until i found from a quick internet check that the back patio doors were left unlocked
So you go on holiday to the continent and leave your 3 kids in an unlocked apartment ...honestly i must admit the more i think about it the worse it gets ,and all this from a group of professionals who know all about risks ,they know all about people with a sexual preferance for kids exist ,they knew all that.We know this is fact because straight away it was "a pedophile took my baby"  Even the dumbest of dumb would have locked all the windows and doors on the far side of the apartment .
The sensible thing would be to lock the back and leave the front open ,the front balcony patio doors ,what was to stop the kid getting up and simple walking out the PATIO door on the blind side of the building ?
the hardest decision should have been whether to fully lock the kids in or leave a means of excape in case of fire ,or if something happened .
But on no account would any half sensible person leave the back patio doors open ,but we are to believe the would be abducter gained entry or exit by opening a very noisy shutter even though the patio doors were open   Honestly the info that has simply not been reported is unbelievable ,starting to get my teeth into this one and tbh i wish i had not .
Between the media and the McCanns its a farce ,anyreal parents would be too cut up to speak never mind go jogging and playing tennis in the aftermath .....SOMETHING IS FAR WRONG .

What i also noticed was that the women who were caught smuggling quickly got a very favorable press ,something kicked in ,stories appeared  about unnamed  people being forced at gunpoint to smuggle cocaine in exactly the same way ,The "GIRLS" were innocent ,they did not know what they were carrying ...ect ect ect It was madness ,we all hate drug dealers ,we hate the effects of it on our communities ,we as ordinary people dont have sympathy for drug dealers ,The media has told us so forever and a day.But all of a sudden we were being fed en masse a story that was designed to help the guilty .Papers ,news and radio all singing from the same hymsheet
Garnering support and putting the big bad  authorities under pressure .Where did it come from ?  how did it start ? why did people not say look this is a pile of crap if they have been caught red handed smuggling they deserve everything that they get and more ? 

Really see comparisons and wonder if anyone that is more media savvy than me can explain it ?

often in years gone by people have went with a story about whatever to the press/media and it got turned on its head and they were ripped to pieces in the resultant release or story .

The media have turned us into Idiots ,softened us up for years and we are putty in their hands .

what happened to investigative journalism ? The joke is Jerry  even appeared before the commons comittee into the press

I once nipped to the shops  and left a three year old sleeping in the locked  house for  15 mins  ,Mrs destroyed me when i told her, thats what i dont understand woman are so maternal ,in a group that size someone and prob a female would have took control of protecting the kids ...all of them .The group would have acted as one and all the kids put in one chalet to sleep and taken turns babysitting ,either that or one of the woman would have been a right nippy so and so about not putting the kids first and sitting drinking whilst they were unsafe in the buildings  ,but we know very little about that group ,nothing in fact and nothing of the other kids who were their .Stand to be corrected .

Has anyone on here went on holiday and left there kids alone in an unlocked apartment whilst they went drinking ?  honestly it beggars belief .

Anyone who has a kid knows you dont leave them in unlocked apartment on holiday while you go out drinking for the second night in a row after her crying for 2 hours the night before. As soon as you hear that this is the story they are peddling you know something isnt rigtht

Kate has never explained who "they" were.

And their failure to give a balanced view on this tragic case?

it is possible that a super injunction exists, i dont know if their is one,
but it might explain why book isnt available over here and why certain things
are never mentioned in press ????

whats the official reason for her refusing to answer questions ?,is gerry going to take the stand?

If it's written answers only how does the court know who is providing the answers to the questions and how common is it for someone not to take the stand?

if its such an important case for them ,you would have thought both mccanns would be desperate to appear in person.

Donny: That makes a lot of sense to me. Money rules, even though the media would like you not to think so, especially in a case like this..

The way the Mc Canns left their children unattended in the apartment so they could socialise with friends shows they were not good parents and their strange behaviour afterwards backs this up. If an accident happened and your child died most and your actions or inaction may have caused that death most parents would not be thinking about themselves but only their loss. Their world would be shattered. But the way the McCanns put socialising with friends before looking after their children and lots of other things too shows they might not act like most other parents so the idea that Madeline died, probably as a result of an accident and they thought of themselves and covered it up is very plausible and especially when the theory of an abduction just does not stack up in lots of ways. There is no evidence whatsoever to support the abductin theory and the last person to have seen Madeline alive was her parents.

It would have to be a planned abduction with lots of planning to be sure the McCanns had a set pattern of going to the tapas bar each night and watching them to see how often they checked the children.No one looking to abduct a child is going to break into a random apartment not knowing who might be there at the time. There was no evidence of a break in and no evidence of any dna or finger prints. No sightings of anyone acting strangely. The other children never heard anything. The abduction theory is very unbelievable in my opinion.

Why on earth didnt the McCanns pay 20 euro for the babysitting service on offer.

1. They didnt like the thought of having someone unknown look after their children.
Surely thats better than leaving them unattended all night long.

2. They knew they wouldnt need the babysitting service as the kids were going to be sedated anyway.

This would explain why no doctors were allowed to take blood samples from the kids as this would confirm the presence of sedatives.

My point is, if the were truly innocent they would have done everything in their power to assist police. They would have run out into the street to see if Maddie had wandered outside.
They seemed more interested in self preservation, and that is not the actions of any loving parents.

when you guys talk about sedation what are we talking about.millions of parents give their kids calpol wouldnt have thought theres any shame in that,or are we talkin about something much stronger

Given their medical expertise, i doubt Calpol was ever given to the children. That particular medicine is solely for us peasants..
