he went to kiss her, she screamed he throttled her she died. He admitted to doing this so what really is there to decide. He murdered her, man slaughter should never come into it.

Would not be suprsied if it comes back manslaughter now - some juries seem to get very confused over what things like "intent" and "reasonable doubt" means. Let's face it - it's just 12 members of the public could be any number of idiots among them.

If the jurors are anything like the bunch of heathens, and despots, that I had to deal with,
on my once and only time of service, there is little chance of getting the right
decision unless the foreman has the tenacity to deal with them.

My case was just a drink driver whose defence was ridiculous and laughable but there were still
two of the idiots who wanted to drag debate out to a third day.

We actually didn't get the case on, until day two, as the previous case over ran till end of the morning, on our second day.

they must be absolutely split down the middle. you'd imagine they'd have been back pretty quickly if only 3 had been going against the others.

don't really agree with a majority verdict in a murder case anyway

7 jurors think Tabasco murdered her
2 think the landlord did it
1 thinks the boyfriend did it

2 have forgotten why they are there.

Rozzers found internet pornography on Tabak's PC of women being strangled. Judge would not allow it to be admitted.

He knew what he was doing. He was in control and he knew she would die.
Strangling someone doesn't just take a few seconds, he could have stopped.
Can't understand what the other 2 were thinking ! At least her family got justice in the end.

Huntley was a majority verdict too - some real numpties out there on juries should be a way of screening them out surely.

Looks of it he planned it tbh and she was the unlucky one to get it, Deffo planned from what there saying now he was copying a movie where a woman died bra and tshirt pushed up

agreed mafe, cant understand why it was only 10-2

Can understand the time it took however, easy to say it should take 5 mins but if yer in jurys shoes yer bound to think it through and discuss it given importance even if pretty sure in own mind of decision

The two jurors who failed to find Tabak guilty need a really hard punch in the face

Thank goodness they got it right. Would have been awful for this scumbag to have 'got off' with manslaughter. I don't understand why the Judge wouldn't allow the prosecution to show that he had been watching pornography of women being restrained as surely it is important circumstantial evidence.

Hopefully the family and friends of the victim can take some comfort from this verdict and try and get their lives back.
