Lucky Ninefrom Hong Kong has landed and this well performed horse is a striking individual with massive strength factors and nice deep chest.

On a well balanced 96% fitness rating he is well on track to come out fitter after a month in quaratine.

Watch out for him and a nice type.

Cheers Jim

I'd have thought 96% wouldn't be that encouraging when you're lining up in a group one rce. Probably more the standard? If its a race they've been set for.

Unless a "well balanced 96%" means something more? Plain

Night vision difficulties aside, last Fridays race was  a good example. Samaready, snow dons horse, snitzerland, bel Sprinter all looked 96%

fitCool and others were pretty close to that.

Well balanced means that all his 4 fitness factors are on equal levels, so with proper care and management
they can all rise equally to peak at 100% super fit, this is a nice horse punters.

in the northern hemisphere though ... a horse's blood swirls anti clockwise through their veins .. unlike the southern hemisphere where it is clockwise

can this make blood count observations upside down ... and if so how does a punter correct for this phenomena  Confused

No, you just turn the horse around to face the other way, however if your horse needs more elevated red corpusles you use your left hand to inject and if you need more white corpusles you generally get the wife to help out as she is immune to intelligence.

Yes, he has thousands of starters a year, but lost the plot on super fitness training, his eye is loosing it
as with nearly all trainers, Lee Freedman, Richard Freeedman, Snowden, it just goes on and on, that is
why a quantitative figure of fitness is so important, just rate your horses and go to areas
to improve and bingo: 100% fit; it is easy and my fitness pie charts shows a trainer where exactly to go to.

Medai and Trainers do no want to know me, that's life.

The results for the trainer are on the board before the race and at this time of year they really should be
hitting 98+ plus and then hold that for the next 6 weeks or they will be left in the wake of other
fitter horses.

When relaxing between races this is what I do, abstract art. Painted about 25 pieces.

Will do Underwood fitness revue on Saturday to let you know how the Cup and Cox plater horses are getting fitter.

NO flies on me mate, they are just too scared of the truths of poor training and standard information from media.

It's all a buddies club and everybody looks after each other to save their jobs and easy to just go with the conventions.

When doing my editorials in the Sportsman, on pages 1-2-3-4, they had journo summaries of why horses got beat
on the weekends racing and escape quotes from trainers, bad ride, bad barriar, bad track, bad distance, bad speed, quick and slow track channels,
etc etc, same stuff year in year out.

But never low fitness levels.

On page 6 was my full page editorials on why they lost and won because of low or higher fitness levels.....journos not happy nor the trainers.

That's life.

If you lose on Saturday after hours of form study, don't despare you were just not on the fitter horses.

Cheers Jim

My mate was a small shareholder in the well performed Slim Henry who they name after their late father.

Winning 2 in Adelaide and then 1400 at Caulfield on Saturday, he gets an email saying the horse has been

sold for a paultry $10k to QLD interest.

He just won their 3 race for him, some not right there.

Yes tuff day, passing now on a lot of races.
