I nearly put one up yesterday in Ireland Likedbymike, got beat a sh/hd about 9/2, good job i didn't but you never know.

Gone for Midday Rendezvous 1735 hrs Kelso. Nearly forgot about it but surprised at the price given he has already beaten the 1st and 2nd fav albeit 7lb worse off here but the weight difference should not detract from the price differential give they are only weighted to theoretically dead heat with the selection with his penalty.
Has been 4/1, now 7/2 but still worth a poke to confirm the form imo. |

Scalped NEC, tbh I expected about 5/2 so getting the bigger prices was a surprise. Just read that barstool could have had a 6/1 winner as well, law of sod and I know how he feels, actually just got in before posting and did not realise there was a delay.

Going to take on the short favourite in the 6.12 at Ffos Las with Asta La Vista. Charlie Longston has a good record at the track. Good 7lb claimer up so getting 24lbs off the jolly. First handicap run too.

Best of luck barstool, should have a shout at the weights and positive signs in the betting, watched his Warwick bumper which was a decent run and lto, shows he knows how to battle.

Tempted to go with the horse i put up last week Freddy Robinson again, thought was ridden to get beaten last week, doing too much too soon and weakened final furlong, have backed it EW with 356 this AM got 7/1 with a price boost first 3, but only first 2 in comp today, same reasons as lto, any thoughts or may leave for Fri/Sat.
