Echo that stew, pretty dismal couple of weeks tbh lads, that said none of the others have set the world on fire. I will say I will not be going near the flat turf until there is some established form, we need a bit more luck in our favour than the first round e.g no fallers.

I'm with halfway house lad 3.50 hexham for this week
ran well from out of the hcap wetherby & followed up winning last time still at the right end of the weights 2/1+ fair can see this running up a sequence in the north |

No worries wonders, glad you are ok. Best of luck with your selection, should have a big shout. I was considering putting up V Twelve in the following race when he was 4/1 last night, being backed now. Backed it lto and ran ok under 12 stones and collared by a rank outsider having made the running.
Up a grade he carries only 10st 6lb with the jockey claiming 5lb meaning he gets a fair bit of weight all round inc nearly 2st from the top weight, finished 3rd in same grade at Carlisle carrying 11st 9lb over a furlong further, today he should feel like he has a bag of feathers on his back. I will keep an eye on the betting (currently 11/4) and probably put him up if not getting too short. |

Seems to have settled around 5/2 which is ok from a points point of view so going to put him up.

Good morning lads, as Billposter says, don't worry stewarts. Good luck Billposter, as usual can you let us know if waiting until later than 1400 hrs please. Doubt we will need a wildcard but anyone welcome to volunteer, handy if you can have a second choice just in case. Best of luck all today, not going to be an easy one imo.
