Looked like he needed further today, but was some way behind, think will find a race in non too distant future.
|
|
By:
Just got in and watched the race. As usual spot on stewarts, needed a faster pace and one or two to come back to him. Or as you say a bit further.
Over to the good guys now. Good luck tomorrow. Will be shouting them on. |

Going Imperial Eclipse 3.36 Bath guys.

Far to many races to have a meaningful confident selection so will go with 1st horse that i looked at this morning in Noble Mark- 7.45 Leicester only 5 runners now so will go for a win bet on here but have backed EW at 4/1 with 356, can't see it going off that big maybe 11/4 ish. Bred to like rattling fast ground so hope no rain, form of last race when btn a nose but awarded race has worked out well with 3rd and 4th both winning nto from same marks, Noble Mark has gone up 5lbs but likely still improving.
Probably need someone for a wildcard again as haven't seen workrider posting this week. |

One to consider for a sub is Bestarious. (4.550 Hexham) Ran very well at Cartmel last week, albeit a seller but this looks easier. Should be about 4/1 so ew for a banker if tactics demand.
|
|
By:
ok Barstool if Workrider fails to post a selection we will go ew with yours
we dont need to chase big prices yet just trying to find something myself but you can see its the week before RA some moderate hosses around today |
|
By:
gone 5pts ew Lion Tower in 2.35 York
will put up wildcard in a mo gl with selections guys ![]() |
|
By:
Well done NeC.
Won well, pity they knocked it into 7/2 at the off from the 4/1. |
|
By:
yeh pity about sp there, was going to go win only but my form hasnt exactly been hot
but a winner's a winner - I've just put you're one up in 4.55 so here's hoping still got Acey's one at Bath too ![]() convinced there's more to come from Dirtyoldtown 3.20 ran diabolically lto but Tuer at Chester not York which might suggest something (only horse entered there today) he's got another two to come at York one in big race think at 10/1ish worth a small ew tickle |

sorry and Stew's one as well

Well done NEC you were due a change of fortune, points for Foyles earlier as well.
|
|
By:
Missed Foyles's selection. Nice place.
Well done lads, these points are adding up for a decent target to beat. Hope the Bestarious beast adds some more. |
|
By:
Some more useful points today and the Humbugs are a long way off the first place they need. No doubt there will be some nice priced winners at Ascot.
|
|
By:
Nice on nec.

Going each way Proschema-5.00 Ascot lads confident it will be placed at least.

It's last run at Haydock was a brilliant one at the weights, faced an impossible task really. Pity he his drawn in the car park, just hope Doyle can get him tucked in near the rail.

Yes massive run giving 2 stone away barstool.
|

By:
Giving Ascot the swerve. 10pts win Grifter 6.45 Beverley. Has been punted today and Fahey seems to be running into some form.
|
|
By:
Unlucky Acey not to be in a tough handicap
But... v.w.d. Scrabbler superb stuff sir a fine way to finish off the comp. though we may need a wildcard later on so keep you're eyes out for something like that Grifter ![]() |
|
By:
Well done scrabbler. 9/2 a very nice return.
|
|
By:
Great tipping scrabler.
|
|
By:
Watching the race, I thought Grifter might get chinned on the line - as happens so often at Beverley. Good luck to the rest of the team who are still to make selections this week.
|
|
By:
Well done Scrabbler, didn't look after Ascot yesterday, that's 2 winners for you in final round i believe, bad luck Acey, must try to find something better than last sats poor effort,

Hello Chaps, Good one scrabbler. My one today is Branson Missouri 2.10 Uttox ,Good Luck to all.

By:
Royal Ascot 5.00
Desert Peace 5 points ew. Had been expecting Charlie Appleby to win this with One Ruler. The fact he did not enter it and relies on Desert Peace alone is a very strong pointer to my eyes. A lot of improvement today will not surprise at all. |
|
By:
Knew my fate after two furlongs, never went a yard on the grass.
Two blanks fired from the lads today. Thank goodness for scrabbler. Good luck with the final few selections, hopefully stick on top. |

Posting for Foyleswar, Discoveries EW - 4.20 Ascot.
|

By:
Delboy Trotter-2.45 MR - 10pt win.
5lb pen to carry for winning over C/D lto in front of 2 of these opponents, brought along steadily and i thought won with a bit in hand. |

Nicely done stew. A comfortable win. |

Cheers fellas, the gamble on Morgans helped the price but still hoped to get 3/1, never mind, a winners better than a loser.
Nec, perhaps the Inform Scrabbler could do the wildcard this week as workrider doesn't seem interested. |
|
By:
Ok Stew. I'll do the wildcard. Nice to be in a position where we won't be caught.
|
|
By:
yes go for it Scrabbler, Im looking today but nothing standing out so will wait til tomorrow in all probability

Well done foyles with 3rd, more points can't be far behind the leader unless they've had one today.
