Cracking effort this week,well done everyone.
12-25 Bangor Pistol Park EW Lowest mark for some time,bits and bobs recently that give him a squeak. Not that many tries on decent ground,or left handed. If he is to get competitive,expecting him up there from the start. Canny trainer,had a couple of winners over the jumps recently,tentative choice. Dire racing today WP,more like it tomorrow. |

515 YARMOUTH BILLIAN - 13/1 EW This one had a change of trainer over the winter, my tracker entry was from Newc: "Ran in a Newc race with a runaway winner that has came out and won again since, this one running on well to get beat 4L and powerful after line, reduced 1lb for it too and good time compared to rest on day for a nusery, respect" Yarmouth should suit it well, eyecatching enough that Kirby sends it there. I expect a similar run to Newc, hopefully it can stay, likes the GF won on it, extra furlong will suit. STICKING THIS UP EW |

Nice write up, Sir. Looks like you've spotted a solid value bet there, Swad. My only slight concern is the trip. His only other try at 6 he weakened out of it. But that was in a hot sales race and the going was on the softish side so he deserves another chance at this trip, especially at the price you got. Good luck!

Good luck Swad, I like them from this stable when there is good money down, and there is today add Jack Mitchell who is placed 9 from 13 rides for this stable, and the horse wasnt beaten far in a Class 3 when last seen on turf. Got a good feeling Swad.

The Celebration Chase is a cracker, would love to see Altior romp home, decent price, cracking race with Grenateen 7lb better off with Put The Kettle On for being beaten not that far, but if Altior is 'flying at home' as NH says............

Was going to put one up at Sandown today but Sonny already put one up in the race. He was a bit unlucky and was booked for 2nd at the very least until Moore decide to jump ship  I don't think he would have got passed the winner, who's a horse I really like a lot. But, I guess we shall never know. |
