Morning all. Tooks a bit of 3.05 last night about Paul Nicholls Tomoorw's Mystery in the first at Newbury. Going and distance are fine, Lorcan Williams has won on him before and can still take 3lb off in this Conditionals race, won 2 over hurdles last year second of them easily off 122 and has only been raised 2lb for that, third at Bath on the flat three weeks ago so is hopefully spot on for this. Playa Blanca the danger looking for a five timer.

Any of you chaps watching the Breeders Cup this weekend? I was thinking we could have a little comp on it. You get 1pt to use on each race (2pts for your nightly nap) Use your stake Win only and for a bit of fun one RFC(2x1pt) each night. I will keep the scores updated throughout the night. Provide a little bit of reasoning with your selections if you've have time.

Fair enough Swaddle. Maybe just share a few ideas on the meeting then? I like the 2 Wesley Ward beasts tonight. Golden Pal & especially Campanelle. She's impressed me on all 3 of her runs and her Ascot win was a great effort. Racing on the wrong side and away from the pace she picked up like a class animal. She then backed that up by beating the boys in France in decent fashion. I've put them in a double and 2 singles.
On Saturday there are quite a few horses priced at double figure odds that I like, including 2 in the F&M turf. I will be splitting my stakes on Cayenne Pepper & Starship Jubilee. Anyway, good luck to those still to play this week. |

Whippin , gunna play plenty of earlies on the speed maps, waiting to see how the course is rolling in the first couple of minor events. Likely bad value, but still a good interest.

Aye, I'll be watching the footy as well, would love to see the toon win but I would happily settle for a draw right now!! Saints will be far too strong for us I would think, even without Ings and a couple of others, should outplay us quite easily.

15/8 about Golden Pal is looking good - at the moment at least, 2.2 on here, backed Lipzzaner in the 4 place market at 3.45, not long now.
