Dont think ill find a better play all week than this so ill commit early despite an alarming drift. 235 LEIC - HARTSWOOD - WIN ONLY Negatives: Really easy to back all morning, out to 4/1 from 2s, has got weak form on soft and unknown whether he acts on heavy. Carrying more weight than ever because keeps improving. Positives: It is a 3yo on the improve and this looks a winable race. Its York form is strong, it won a good race and then was 2nd in a huge hcap only going down half a length to a horse with a similar profile, brunch. I think Leic can suit, it seems to have a turn of pace when necessary, so hopefully gets itself prominent and can forge clear! Stable in form, try not to pay much attention to that myself. |

Might have a go with Sunrise Hill in the 4.02. Inexperienced jockey but he owns this one and won on him last time in a similar race, won very easily, the 2nd has come out and won very easily since. Negatives are the 7lb penalty for winning that race and Martello Sky and Harrowby the dangers but with both of those making their seasonal debut after a 227 and 301 day break and Sunrise Hill having the fitness edge having won 32 days ago, percentage call at around 7/2 is Sunrise Hill, points needed so will probably go straight win if playing.

Just put Lyrical up E/W for the 2:55 Newmarket
The way my picks have gone I might as well get the dog to stick its paw on one . But its another horse with decent form, on a good mark and the going is one its done well on before, good course form as well We shall see |

Very interesting pick SS. Andrea was on the fav for its 2 recent wins so I'm assuming he would have got offered the ride again? But he jumps ship here to your selection. Like you say, the going and course will suit and more importantly the drop in trip looks the right move. Must go well! GL mate.

I rarely bet on Ed's horses these days but even by his recent low standards, that was woeful.
|
|
By:
Not race fit on that
Awful but without inside knowledge its impossible to know |
|
By:
If Andrea did get the choice of rides in that one? He needs a new agent!

Just myself and Noc to go this week.....If lucky pins win this round, if very unlikely we will be able to win the comp. So 10/1+ please Noc and no EW.

By:
The last race at Newcastle could produced a decent priced winner and I'm not surprised in the least to see the 2 Julie Camacho trained horses backed at huge prices.
|
|
By:
How about 2 10/1 winners, noc?

130 pts behind, plus any hits tomorrow for the leaders.
I won,t be sticking anything up at that flapping track above ![]() Send over some thoughts am tomorrow. Need to pop over to Tigers .... for a corkscrew ![]() |
|
By:
Yeah, I'm thinking we will need to make up 200+ points.
Well, that's just the kind of racing you can grab a big price about one.....I've had a 1/2 point on each and I'm definitely thinking of putting one of them up in the comp. Ok mate. Tiger is free to sup up and listen to rock music tonight, no studying getting in the way of his fun! Enjoy your wine ![]() |

By:
Aye,never easy this game.
Normally try and avoid trainers with two entries same race, sometimes unavoidable at the big meets. GL whatever you decide. |
|
By:
Waiting for one tomorrow. Look out Louis hit Evs IR but the fav was backed as if defeat was out of the question.

The money is speaking very loudly of late. I hope you had good bit on? Well, we've come up a bit short in the comp but I've enjoyed and I thank you and the rest of the team for all your efforts over the last few weeks. Lets try and finish off the comp in style and aim for a record week on the profit side. ![]() |
