The rules definitely said you can select up to one minute before the off time of your race during the week (not sure about Saturdays). Can't find the page with them on though. Good luck with yours/ours today. Ud - the rules posted at the top of any new selection thread you put up couldnt do any harm? cheers, Mad.  |

Yes, post any time before race scheduled, 3pm Saturdays. Used to be a 1hr rule but trying without this time, seeing how it works or not. One drawback is less time to notice your team-mate has posted a selection, but few are actually leaving it that late.

For the regulars, there is one main change from last time - no more 1hr rule, so that you can select right up to race time. So for a 3.00 race I need to see 2.59, not 3.00 Happy For newcomers, welcome, you will soon get the hang of it, just try and let your team know if you are leaving it late to post on a Saturday afternoon (3pm cut-off). The main thing is for your team to post all 8 selections per week, and wildcard selections are available to cover absence/no-shows, but once a wildcard is used on your behalf, you cannot then subsequently post for that week. If you have a non-runner on a Saturday, you will have 10pts win on the fav in the same race. You may though re-select as long as you post before that original race time, and before the 3pm Saturday cut-off. Selections are 10pts win or 5pts EW, settled at SP. Enjoy Grin |

Noticed that Aq tempted now as I still think it only has the fav as a danger (pretty serious danger mind) and 1/4 1,2 might be worth a punt at the prices

Most of the ones I fancy there would be a question over the going so will wait and try and see if the market gives any pointers, might post towards the deadline

With all this rain abt difficult to be sure but my selection had 2 entries for today chose to come south both sides of pedigree scream soft ground and today's extra distance 5s at present so gone e.w

It's OK I will be posting, just watching all the teams falling by the wayside in the early races until we hit them from 3.20 onwards. I am deciding between two but I think I will be going for what at the moment is 9th favourite in a 10 runner race.

I have gone with a horse who hopefully will live up to her name Youneverletmedown currently about 14/1 in the 4.40 at Redcar. I know picking horses with excuses for not winning is a way to the poor house but the horse had excuses in her last 2 runs, so hopefully luck will me on its side today. Have gone Each Way

OK lads - not often i go all-weather but I really fancy Zhui Feng in the 3.45 Kempton today.
Ran a great race last time out, is running off it lowest ever mark, better at 7f nowadays than further, good draw relative to the favourite in the race......nailed on!!!......well, maybe |

I guess I should go e/w (11/2 and quarter odds three places at moment) to try to guarantee some return in the almost unbelievable scenario of it not winning, and the impossibility of it not placing?

Hi mad, well done with promotion, as for 12month I may get to the tables later today or if not then tomorrow, fingers crossed you get there soon if not this month.
Zhui Feng, on the drift now, long losing run, and for trainer, but yes really well hcapped, could it be today, who knows. |
