Just when you think Felix is starting to fulfil his potential
By:
To be fair to Felix I felt quite early on he had a physical issue of some sort, will be interesting to see what is said after the match.
By:
good old felix. that must be the worst and limpest performance from a top 3 seed at a slam in years
By:
hes always got a physical issue toad and in two ways. hes a borderline hypochondriac who retires at the drop of a hat, plus he has a brain injury. no mental skills at all and more often than not folds at the drop of a hat at the slightest sight of adversity. cannot remember the last time he turned a match around and won when it looked like he was going to lose
By:
to get routined like that by khachanov is terrible. khachanovs another one you wouldnt want to go into battle with.
By:
not interested in the injury excuse either. all players pretty much are carrying some sort of niggle nearly all the time. thats the life of a tennis pro. im no fan of taylor harry but hes been managing tendinitis all year and still has managed to get some results and show a bit of fight. injury excuse is too easy and lets felix off too easy

As if Zverev's draw wasn't already easy enough. Jodar already out, Musetti will be soon.

Felix who beat him last year also out.

By:
bucsa and sakatsume showcasing some of the worst tennis you will ever see in a slam second round. incredible that both of them won in round one and the players they beat
By:
Don't think yo-yo dieting is good long term, but really it tells me mentally she's not in the best place, a lot of people find Marion annoying to listen to, but I've always liked her, at least since she began working in the media.
By:
Sweeny did well to hold on, Musetti was gearing up for a comeback.
By:
sublime from bucsa. two points away from a win in straight sets, loses 9 points in a row to lose the second set and bagelled in the breaker. dire dire standard

Sweeny has the most Australian of looks.

Only Fritz can stop Zverev making the final, unless he mugs himself before the Semis, he has an 8-5 h2h record v Alex, excluding Exhibitions type stuff.

fair play to sakatsume. behind all this deciding set, had to serve twice to stay in it, did that and now broken bucsa saving 2mps. bucsa properly cacked her pants but if sakatsume hadnt stuck with her it wouldnt have mattered. every set of this match someone has failed to serve out a set, bucsa set one and three and sakatsume set two.
By:
I'm a bit out of the loop, but Coco at 1.14 against a seemingly healthy Badosa looks short.
By:
after all that, broken again. if bucsa cant hold again then all three sets go to a tb. thats got to be rare in wta
