is Daniil done at the top table or will he make slam semi finals and finals again in the future do you all think?
By:
I think ATP is really lacking characters right now, and he was one of my favourites after Roger, Rafa and Andy retired and Gael got too old and is also retiring soon. Nick can't be bothered trying anymore because his body is done. Daniil was one of the only exciting ones left apart from Carlos. sad if he turns into Tsitsipas so soon

Novak still won't win the Stefan Edberg award.
By:
I think ATP is still awesome, but it's hard to give it it's credit as it's just come out of it's greatest era ! There's going to be plenty of fascinating future matches, Draper, Learner, Fonseca etc. Someone to give Sincaraz issues would be a bonus.
By:
but Toad, what happened to The Era of Rublo???
By:
there was no such thing ever.
By:
I love Rublev but he's a one dimensional dog. Still remember the Novak price against him at Wimbledon 23 !
We also have Bublik, surely you're a fan of him wisey ! |
By:
Draper could contend if he manages to stay healthy, but I think him popping up every now and then is all we can cope for.
By:
*hope
By:
Quite a lot of strapping on the foot for Novak. Doesn't look like that would be very comfortable around the middle of the foot
By:
A fit improving Draper would be awesome for the tour, even if he never truly was enough for Sincaraz, we want great match ups amongst the second tier
By:
oh yeah I forgot about Bublik. he was really disappointing the other day against AdM
By:
Novak odds on to lose 3-0 now. When was the last time that happened in a slam ?
By:
Demon is an outrageously good player. But Carlos made him look like an amateur which just shows how good Carlos is playing right now.
By:
when Sinner battered Novak 3-0 in the AO QF was that 2 or 3 years ago? 2 years ago I think?
By:
I meant to say outside of Sincaraz !
By:
Medvedev and Chung the only ones I remember
By:
no longer odds on.
By:
I meant AO SF, was 2 years ago but it wasn't 3-0 it was 3-1 Sinner. still remember Sinner beating him up badly though.
By:
market very worried about musetti now
By:
why are Novak matches so crazy. Musetti injury sending the market into turmoil!
By:
oh my this is madness!!!
By:
petchey thinks he's finnish
By:
market does too now
By:
mamma mia!!#
By:
sucks for musetti, kind of like dimitrov vs sinner at wimbledon
By:
as soon as I mention The Era of Rublo this happens!
By:
Taaaaaaaap
By:
unlucky for him. But not completely unexpected, same as against Carlos at RG last year.
Red here, partially bad luck, partially muggery. I benefitted from Novak's tap last year so swings and roundabouts. |
By:
Didn't see Sinner Spizz market being beaten for financial results but I should never have doubted the power of a Novak market ! Feel bad for Musetti though, he played so well
By:
crazy how quickly that all happened!
By:
brutal for any musetti backers who took a 15 minute break after second set
By:
I was monitoring Novak as he was doing his stretches but then you saw the distress signals from Musetti and then the avalanche was next level !
By:
By:
Toad you jinxed Novak getting a 3-0 beatdown!!
![]() |
By:
novak into the semis after only playing 11 sets, I wonder what voodoo he has ready for sinner
By:
next you should post that Rublev will never be world number 1
By:
zig who are you cheering for these days? just Alex Eala? any others..
By:
Novak was odds against at a one set bookie when 1.1x here. They must employ an intern to run the markets at some of these places
