well I didn't do it on purpose. I can laugh about these things, but people have dyslexia and **** and might not like to have this constantly pointed out to them.

Maybe this is partially Badosa playing poorly, but I remember the doom and gloom posts about Simona just a month ago "Oh she's 32, she'll never make it back to the top after a nearly two year hiatus".

Halep vs Sabalenka such a popcorn match if it happens. And if she withdraws, an LL will be a great draw for Simona.

yeah, she might not have been that badly injured but it was enough to cause arbs. I'm normally very careful with her, but had lots of room on her here and with it being so close to the finishing line I felt the chances of a tap were small. But I didn't want to take arbs on her when she was so low odds, and was hoping for Simona to make the game a little closer before going in.

All in all a positive comeback for Simona I would say although the shoulder issue is a concern.

Arthur Cazaux @ArthurCazauxOff
Translated from French by

Hello everyone,
A little note to tell you that I'm feeling better. I just left the hospital in Miami after spending the night in the hospital receiving treatment and a long series of tests. Today I am better. My blood pressure and my heart remained stable.

Eight of the 12 ATP Miami qualification matches today saw the underdog lose and of the four victorious favourites one was voided at most places (Nakashima won by retirement at 1-1 in the first set)

My flag Dino Prizmic needs to work on his serving. He broke serve four times in the first set against former prodigy Jonas Forejtek and yet finds himself in an extended tiebreak here.

solid comeback, she hadn't trained tennis specific for it, only gym work. still quite difficult to see what she'll be like once she trains properly for a few months and plays many matches

Wondering right now if Tennisexplorer messed up in their h2h and if it was actually Mirra instead of Erika that double bageled Avanesyan at the French Club Championships in December.

why does the market hate Avanesyan so much? what does it know?

it didn't know anything, but it was really scared to trust her
