1.54 is big value

so, to back then!
Who's gonna win, aaronh? |

Nadal may have forgotten how to play Djoker whilst he's been off. Can't be doing that forehand to backhand crap against him too often. But Djoker ain't the same player he was a couple of years ago.

thank you.

If I back him at 1.55 and lay at 1.35 which is reasonable to be, then I make 20 tips in no time. (= $140 profit out of $1000 invetsment; 14% ROI. Not bad, eh).

Nadal at Monte Carlo, odds of 1/2 ish. Nothing more needs to be said really. Huge price for someone with the record that he has here. Djok capable of beating him no doubt, but Rafa shouldn't be bigger than 1/3 here.

Statistically, Nadal is great value at that price, particularly with his record at this event. Djok has only ever beaten him twice on clay, both in 2011 when he was on his extra-terrestrial winning streak.
It's strange that nadal's price is higher than usual on clay, presumably because of his injury, yet it is djoko who seems bothered by injury? Not so sure how real the injury is, sounds like his camp might be making their excuses already or playing mind games. But nadal is still not quite at his best i suppose, he doesn't look unbeatable on clay like he did last year. I think it will be a tight first set with a few breaks exchanged, with rafa taking it. So i would lay rafa if he goes ahead early and then back him higher before the end of the first set. If dmitrov can take a set and tsonga come back from 5-1 surely djok can win at least 1 set. But i'd wait to see how it starts before betting. Djok has lost the first set in 2 of his 4 matches this week and nadal has won all 4 of his by at least 2 breaks. |

nadal is massive. And arrong he is not a doper.

tough one anyways

The only strategy I can think of is laying Nadal @1.5 and backing him later @1.8. It must happen.
Altough I have a feeling that Djokovic will win. If I was a pure gambler I would consider Djokovic as a huge value @3. Anyway I am in a pretty comfortable position as I backed Nole as the winner @6.3 which was imo ridiculous price even with Berdych and JMDP still in. |
By:
I think this will be very tight. I'm convinced Rafa's odds will go higher in-play so will wait and see.

over the games is a nap in this match as is nadal to win

Nadal fast starter, Joker slow starter. Back Nadal first, lay after start.
By:
i think nadal will trade higher too but all the signs point to him trading lower first
By:
Nadal will win.
Reason: Djoker has no enough motivation to deliver his 100%. Nadal does. I am backing Nadal right off the bat. GL all. |
By:
KING will prevail.
By:
because of his sh it serve, he doesnt seem to have that many straight forward service games and against joker thats gonna be real hard work! but if you look at the stats of it all, you cant oppose rafa really. he has to be toppled at some point, but not sure thats yet

rain delay according to 3.65, weather supposed to be bad today. If windy more reason to back rafa imo

Anyone know anything about the weather situation?

And does anyone know anything about the likely duration of the rain? I set my alarm for this

By:
It won't be that long. It's due to be clear by 3pm local time (47 mins from now).
By:
dunno about duration, radar doesn't look too bad and it didn't get real dark, but it was a a lot of water and they covered the court
By:
Nadal should win but i'd like better odds. Will wait till Djokovic breaks and holds then back Nadal at evens. That's the best strategy with this match
By:
OK, thanks. Pictures of Fed Cup in Italy look very dark and wet too, not that far away.
