Nadal 1.52

Is it too high? Great to back? He was traded at 1.35 earlier in the tour.
If I back him at 1.55 and lay at 1.35 which is reasonable to be, then I make 20 tips in no time. (= $140 profit out of $1000 invetsment; 14% ROI. Not bad, eh).

He also said up a set as underdog, and how many times has Djokovic been underdog since the start of 2011 (i.e. Novak 2.0)? Probably about five or six times. Therefore, those statistics will mostly be referring to pre-2011 Novak when he started more matches as underdog, making them entirely useless, really.

Nadal gifted the mini-break with a terrible error though.
Report smb360 April 21, 2013 3:44 PM BST
Exactly, so a couple of meetings against Federer in early 2011 before his ascendancy was truly apparent, and then five or so meetings with Rafa. That's about seven matches from which to talk about Djokovic's record a set up as underdog, a pointlessly small sample size.
Report n88uk April 21, 2013 3:44 PM BST
Another bad error.

Novak was pretty close to his best imo. It all depends if Nadal will find his best before the French Open. Madrid and Rome are important. If Djoko beats Nadal there he will go into French rightful favourite.

Anyway, playing like that Nole is almost unbeatable although we need to remember Nadal is coming off a long lay off so it is impressive that he won IW and made the final here
