Woz couldn't play. Was already committed to Kuala Lumpur as her international in first half of year by time Katowice was announced. I also doubt Wozniacki wants to play her 1 international pre-Wimbledon on indoor clay.

Also in Denmark, the tournament only existed because of her, she had to play. As soon as she lost, the tournament gets cancelled

Chose Kuala Lumpur for the $$$. Katowice chose Petra because it's close to Czech Republic, and they expect another to visit. Of course Petra is capable of bombing first match which is the risk with her.

Yer I believe so, but there is less pressure to must play in Poland. In Denmark she pretty much had to play even though it was always at stupid times, in clay season or grass season. They needed Caro or event couldn't exist. Poland there is a lot of other players to choose from to sell the tournament.

It's cancelled. Yer but there is more demand for tennis in Poland than Denmark. Copenhagen use to be a joke. Woz matches full arena, everyone else about 10 people. As soon as Wozniacki lost and started sliding the main sponsor pulled the plug, probably because Woz's stock is massively falling.
