he does have the fitness...that is a load of rubbish....he won on 3 different continents a few years ago back to back...he just makes out he is tired...I was very impressed with del v nadal in davis cup last year...what a scare he gave rafa on home soil...he has the fitness...i am not fooled....he won the us open best of 5 sets..that proves he has the fitness

he has been playing to that level...he would have beat any other player the other night when he lost to novak the way he was playing

Oh no doubt the haters will say Djokovic played badly or it was the wind or some other lame excuse.

This is just the start for Murray - he will dominate tennis from here on in.

It was a great match, it didn't matter who won, but I'm glad that Murray did, top 4 got a slam each thia year

Sqeezefirmly, no one dominating is a sure sign of the changing of the guard. Murray is about to take over.

he was fecked, had lost 2 toenails and was in shock, but i suppose he should have chucked himself in a river or had to be rescued from a pedalo or groped a girl in a nightclub after being married for just a couple of months then you would all love him wouldnt ya

Funny looking back at the layers of Murray earlier in thread, their confidence, despair confidence again and then the sadly obvious attempts to say they,d turned it round somehow. Ah, the life of the hapless punter. Never boring though.

I have to say that I have been a Murray doubter for a long time. He always had the talent but I didn't think he had the mental capacity upstairs to put in a performance like this. I want to apologise for all the times I said he would never win a grand slam. I had a cheeky bet on him at the start of the tournament with a view to trading out during this match. I've greened so that I win a tenner if Djokovic turns this around but letting the rest of my green ride. Fantastic performance from the Scot!!!

Your pathetic after-timing knows no bounds. Sussed you out ages ago. It's all people like you live for. Prat. Laugh
