can still go either way
By:
djokovic winning his last 27 hard court slam matches a slight cause for concern tho, but did get lucky in a few
By:
Price probably reflecting more psychology than their ability to beat each other - if this was a quarter final would be closer IMO.
By:
Murray no chance
By:
Joker much too short for me.
Murray a different mental player from Australia when it was almighty close, even then. He has a depth of belief now. Clear to see. It will be tested though.. Murray to win. Should be a cracker. |
By:
Murray EVERY chance
By:
I'd like Andy to win , but this Djokovic looks like 2011 Dopovic .
By:
Murray has to overcome his (GS) final mental block (pun intended)
![]() |
By:
no player has ever lost their first 5 slam finals
By:
if he'd played ferrer could have mentally treated it differently, but he knows he's facing one of the biggies
By:
why is Murray's name first in the thread title?
should have champ/fav first IMO |
By:
probably come down to a few points as it did in that Oz 5 setter
they are closely matched if they both play well |
By:
murray is in the top half of the draw tobes
the half which contained the number 1 seed hth |
By:
Djokovic in 3. man on a mission this week. Murray got lucky with Cilic choking and berdy having a 2 hour hissy fit about the wind. not to mention the absence of nadal and not having to face Fed. would be nice if murray could finally win one but just cant see it happening here.
By:
Murray my winner tommorow much close than odds suggest
By:
into 1.43 now
what price was he in their 2 oz meetings? |
By:
nothing like this short that's for sure.stand to be corrected something like 1.62 in 2011 and 1.55 in 2012
By:
strange given murray's improvement and how close he ran him in oz
By:
9/4 murray is massive, price this up 1.7. 2.4
By:
yes I priced Murray 2.5
By:
that was the price he should have gone on beating berdych
from his SP he's been 1.69 to reach the final |
By:
Murray should be lower than previous meetings. He has a better chance than ever this time. AO12 was against djok 2011. Djok has shown some of that form this tourney but don't think he's quite at that level. Murray has improved since. Still think djok will win it tho.
By:
Murray hasnt been too convincing so far. He played quite poorly for long spells against Lopez, Cilic and Berdych. I ve seen him play far better in Slams
still think it will be too much for him to take 3 against Novak. fair play to him for keeping the run going from the Olympics |
By:
it's a very insulting price that's for sure. can't remember him being longer for any of his recent GS meetings against the big 3 on hard courts or at wimbledon
By:
Market got it right folks - Murray can win but I'd go djokovic 3 out of 4 times definitely.
By:
Murray vs Djok head to heads :
http://tennis.wettpoint.com/en/h2h/110026-91752.html Key point is as in the Wimbledon final their record is split but Djok has won the important games. |
By:
with Murray currently 3.25
what price will he be if he gets the first break? what price will he be if he wins first set? equally what prices Djoko in same points? |
By:
hard to say about the first break cos it depends when it is
first set murray evens the pair first set djoko 1.2ish |
By:
yes mafe
about that |
By:
I'd go :
First set Murray - 1.9 djok First set Djok - 1.17 Djok |
By:
that is approx the same nige
By:
indeed it is
By:
Andy 3.25 too big ,by the time of the event with lots more cash traded he is 3.05-3.10 just pre-off and a nice green before the first serve...............he is just too big and the market will reflect this overnight and tomorrow, if im wrong cant see him drifting from current 3.25 so a no lose investment oppurtunity if ever there was one.
By:
he can easily drift overnight - he ain't likely to win
By:
can't say i fancy his chances much but i'll be suprised if he doesn't start nearer 1.5 than 1.4
By:
Wanna bet Nigel,Andy shortens I can feel in my sporran !
By:
I think Murray is overpriced, I'd of had him closer to 7/4 than 9/4, I still think Djokovic will win comfortably though.
Amazing stat for Djokovic is that he has never lost to somebody lower ranked than him at the US open. |
By:
Funny how so many comments are:
Murray's too big a price But I think Djoko will win |
By:
Andy is too big a price will lay before game then enjoy him doing Djoker in 4.
