Does anyone know when they announce the winner & top 3 in the heats?
Thanks in advance |

Just after it's all over.

Havn't posted in a while as I think this is good as done. Just sitting on Sweden, no need to overthink it

That said, I wouldn't be overly surprised if Estonia went toe-to-toe for the semi-win last night.

Estonia's entry is a real breath of fresh air. Original, clever, slick, hilarious and a catchy ear-worm. Get that crazy new dance too
. Tommy Cash is a cool dude .Just hope he's not upset the Mafia too much with this blatant p**s take of macho Italian stereotypes – watch out for the horse's head in your bed Tommy! Bravo, Magnifico, Cappuccino! |

Events changed my mind on Switz. I did recommend it (at 160 and it went down to 20s and is still 60s).
The live editor messed up and had the broadcast feed on the wrong camera or the remote cameras weren't operated properly. I guess each country sends their own live editor to the control room, but I don't know. However, let's say they sort that out, there's another problem which they don't see as a problem. On the change of tempo a still camera rotates for a 45 deg shot and then rotates to the opposite 45 deg. This looks dreadful - out of film school. On the rehearsal feed from the two Spanish ladies we couldn't see it properly, we couldn't even see Zoë. The finished lighting we saw last night was poor. The use of lighting on the tempo change was wasted. Poor Zoë - great voice, beautiful song, but hopeless production team. I know they had no budget but they still could have done much better. Compare that with Neth where the lighting was always perfect. Always something going on and the up tempo change to a field of roses was done with perfect timing. The camerawork was always perfect. The two entries were fishing in the same pond but now that pond belongs to Neth. |

France was fishing in that pond until her addiction to sawdust.

So many on here are (and the market is also) very very confident on Sweden.
I don't get it myself. Is it the number of streams and downloads? where does the confidence come from? what am I missing? |

Fan pollings mostly escapee - they have been very strong on those.

One single tip I'd give tonight for the semi - lay Denmark to qualify.

Why is Austria 7 to win semi and 4 to win whole thing
|
|
By:
You'll find the main market is more enthusiastic and side markets closer to probabilities

I hope Parg qualifies. Audience like it.

They didn't warn about flashing lights.

loui something else in play here. They think in the final juries will favour Austria and crush Israel. I think Austria is a hot mess.

UK went well, happy for them. Not great oc, will do badly.

Why is Austria 7 to win semi and 4 to win whole thing

Jury dark arts after all, interesting they have relinquished some control
|

So typical, but absolutely nothing come close to a wow moment in either heat or auto q
|

UK was actually some light relief, nfc of course.

Czechia live performance not nearly as good and emotive as the studio version.
(I've backed them to qualify at 1.69 could be in trouble here) |

well that's the strongest one so far

and juries will kill it

As usual not much traded during the show. Not much price movement either.

Presumably the Israel entry is about the 2023 pogrom. BBC neglected to tell us, what a surprise!
