What bearing does Emma have on Luke winning ? i already explained in depth on other threads i will back her for top 3. If Lando wins F1 it will scupper those plans somewhat, Emma will have to beat Keely then which won't be impossible. When we actually have a top 3 market to bet on i will post about Emma, will that make you happy ?

Whats more important, what you win or what you DO for your sport. I guess if Keely had did what Holmes did and won two golds it may of made her more famous and vote worthy. But the solitary gold doesn't quite cut it and what Luke is doing for his sport far outweigh's one gold medal in the grand scheme of the way the public think these days. She won a gold, so did 13 other people.

Well besides the fact that it's an Olympic gold in one of the flagship events at the whole show, it's not even solitary  She also won European gold this year. And became sixth fastest woman in history, and set a new UK record. Not quite 'solitary' |

'Cool Hand' Luke is World #1, World Champion and lies top of the PDC Order of Merit over the past two years - 'The Nuke' is currently in 23rd position in the PDC Order of Merit but is fast after Humphries. It won't be long before 'The Nuke' overtakes Andrew Gilding in 19th position - hopefully he'll overtake Gilding before SPOTY to aid his nomination chances. |
