Yep, sadly didn't go in quite hard enough at the bigger prices - but then that's often the case in hindsight isn't it!

enjoy the price, while you can. it matters not, what the price is or if it drifts a little. The only people that care about that are the ones who wish to trade out, i have no intention of trading out coz Luke will win by a landslide.
2.9 million is poultry, Luke and dart fans this year will see that figure go above 5 million.
one thing is certain, come the night those prices will be reversed

If all that's true then army, you can just sit back and collect - no need to keep ramping then Wink

tbh the arrogance of you two is beyond contempt, the dart season is still in full swing with 5 big titles to play for and a documentary covering behind the scenes stuff never shown before on tv.
Every dart fan in the country will be watching it and it will heavily feature Luke.

It will be celebrating on december 15th, not either of you

If you can please get Keely back out to 1.8 or above would be great, ta!

Hib, i wonder if someone will design campaign posters, leaflets and send them to all the dart leagues around the country. So the person who organises the league for that area can share them out to each team who plays in the league. Good idea

Don't be a total mug stu and back 1.8 when it hits, you're better off waiting closer to or on the night when you will get 4+
By:
armagnac
When: 28 Aug 24 13:25
tbh i think you could get 4+ whenever the shortlist comes out and the polls have Luke well clear, patience

If that was true I'd have my largest bet I'd ever had at 4.0

But it won't be, sadly.

Stuffed in final in Oz and now beaten by 12 year old. Maybe he might get nominated for Helen Rowlinson anward for increase in pub teams ?

Oh bbc will decide if they want keely

If they do then Luke won't get nommed.

If they want a big night they will nom luke
and keely, and whale on a bike, and a Scottish bloke

Loads of votes... And ratings

No idea here which way they will go, but recent years
have been super tight managed.

Luke has completely changed the landscape of his sport, reported on by the bbc from all over the country.

Tom Daley, Andy Murray, wayne rooney, micheal owen.

Its been 14 years since the last superstar kid, you really think the bbc are gonna risk waiting another 14 years for a kid do to something so amazing.

There is no chance whatsoever he will be left on the list, people on here spouting it are as red as a period and preying/hoping he gets left off.
it ain't happening, what he's achieved and done for his sport is the biggest thing to happen in this country for years.
Daley wasn't even that big, Andy bursting onto the scene was the last really big thing for a kid this age and that was nearly 20 years ago.

So keep dreaming red screeners

The only reasonable argument that could happen is, his voting could under perform his polling. I'd cling onto that if i was you, that's the only hope you have and its slim at best !!! Coz he could under perform on that measure and still win easily !!!

Superstar kid who looks about 35 years old, lost in worlds and now famous for kebab eating and getting stuffed in Oz final and by 12 year olds. How he’s 6/1 amazes me.

what Luke did for that kid was lovely, letting him win to boost his confidence..its like playing a kid at pool in the pub, you always let em win. Another great bit of media for Luke, it made bbc breakfast this morning by the looks of it.
The bbc just can't get enough of Littler media train, jumping on it at every op.
i don't quite think a young spoty winner quite gets this sought of treatment

John Skipper, CEO, Meadowlark Media said: “We’re ecstatic to be working alongside Dorothy St in capturing the thrill of the darts at this year’s World Championship. The PDC and Sky have allowed us to cement the stories of Alexandra Palace, which we are confident will resonate on a global scale. We’re grateful for the opportunity. “

Considering it was me alone that took Luke's price down from 9.0 on outdated information and Lando has come in from 50's to 10's. I do believe his price has done remarkably well to stay around 8.0.
Had i not got involved Littler would probably be trading 12+ at the moment is my guess, so i see the price as a success. Although i do wish i'd waited another week to get that 12+ but had no plans to start seeing trailers for the documentary. So my hand was forced, it is what it is.
another lando win will see more value and a flip/flop no doubt

Problem is the match is played out in reality on the market, not on here, though fun it is to chat on here!
By:
armagnac
When: 28 Aug 24 16:11
The market is a false economy, darts is not respected by a spoty market, hence Luke is not respected by the market. He may never be respected by this market, who knows but its better to move with the times than stand still and watch it go past you.

Serious question just for you, it requires yes or no

If Luke gets a nom, and a serious SM campaign takes hold. Will he win SPOTY ?
