Light show was decent, but no Attraction. Nothing really appealed from tonight.

They were entertaining enough, but I think three shows will be at least one too many. No emotional angle, no back story leaves them vulnerable to others grabbing the hearts of the nation

Opera girl, TPTB did their best, but she still  came across poorly. Female opera singers have never won, and she wasn`t even that good, with nothing special at all to her tone. Can`t win.
The boyband, are they on a religious mission, or was that just a strange song choice? If they stay too religious, can`t win, although the `right` religious songs, eg, Hallelujah, Amazing Grace, You`ll never walk alone could see them do ok.
Ukranians already receiving sympathetic anti-Putin applause, a great vt and a likeable front man. But, again, there`s no emotional contact with voters. All very clever and impressive, but just too impersonal. So much so, that I watched the act believing it was ALL computer-generated. No `Attraction` type attraction.

Forgot the ringer! Being something of a `professional` novelty oldster detracts a lot from her appeal. Dom`t know if the Spanish win has been in the press yet, but I`m looking forward to laying silly short prices

watched late tonight, I don't think we have seen the winner yet, Paddy, all the super pimping of cutting to paddy during the preceding acts did her no favors, then the panel pretending to be surprised that the old biddy could dance when we all know they would have been well aware of what they were about to see, the young black boy and white girl dancers were my fav act of the night.

Agreed mach, can't usually stand kiddie acts but those two kids were fantastic, the girl especially, and great personalities too.

Think it's all over everywhere this morning about Paddy's win in Spain but then surely plenty of people will have remembered her already from TM and whatever other shows she was on after the win.

Seemed funny they ended with her and then had that ridiculous Amazing Greys show on straight afterwards.

Wonder if Paddy will be on TM tomorrow and they pretend they have never seen her before.

Can't stand the brainwashing an the editing of this programme - the carefully chosen music and remarks (added on no doubt), panning round the facial expressions in the audience and the judges, SCowell's "buzz" at the start of Paddy's routine.

I'm surprised he didn't have the Pious Boyband coming along singing Build Me Up Buttercup, he stops them early and asks them if they have another song and hey ho - £££s in the eyeballs, in the new Il Divo, Blake, Robson & JErome, or whatever the latest pile of tosh is he wants to flog to the unsuspecting masses.

In fact, he missed a trick there not doing the hackneyed old "have you got another song" routine.

Could have done it with sob story opera girl, should could have come out singing Beyonce to start off with.

And it is all too OBVIOUS.  May as well be stamped on their foreheads who gets through to the SFs and who is fodder.  No element of suprise at all, there will probably one act who features quite heavily who misses out but apart from that it's all too apparent from the start.

Just caught up (fast forward in 15 mins.....just about bearable that way)

Obviously still yet to see the rest, but nothing screamed winner from last night.Agree Lauren & Terell very likable, but not potential winners unless they have something more to offer.....she was better than him also.
