You do sense some money in the market is ITK.
Reasonable money suddenly appearing to lay Linda was odd |
By:
What was it like the week Pannetoz or whatever the band is called made it in 2nd place?
By:
They were well backed
By:
Did they end up 2nd favourite or not?
By:
That was another surprise. I almost layed them
By:
Well that was the biggest surprise we have seen which is why I asked.
By:
Not sure. I just remember them being well backed
By:
It was the night I was out. I expect Sanna was under 1.1 too.
By:
Yep, someone got 100 @ 1.05 after the result as I forgot to take my cash down

By:
I am still not convinced she wins. Maybe the songs from heat 1 have the best chance after all. Yohio, Helena and your precious Songbird.
By:
Around 1.1 before the result iirc
By:
Hope so pk. I do worry about the drift tho as I think there is some ITK money about.
The money for Ace Wilder is odd. Especially as the vote was low last week |
By:
If you are looking for a song with televoting and jury appeal, it has to be Yohio. He did not perform well with juries last year, but the song had much more niche appeal. He won the televote.
By:
Did they announce Sanna through first in heat 2? You've got to think at least 1 of those announced first did not win their heat.
By:
I'm tempted to cover Yohio, even though I don't rate it
By:
Yep. All the faves have been announced 1st
By:
Apart from Helena obviously
By:
I don't rate it either, but there was a similar male ballad last year that did ok with juries.
By:
She was not favourite anyway, Yohio was.
By:
oh ok. I thought she was fav before the off?
By:
No, she was a clear 2nd favourite in running though.
By:
I reckon at least 1 if not 2 got beat. So, maybe last week was one of them.
By:
Could be. The boybander was poor
By:
I didn't even make a fiver

Oops.

By:
Would have been a loss due to Linda but for some laying ir. So not bad
![]() |
By:
Do they say who was 3rd and 4th?
By:
Only after the final.
By:
Full voting stats will be out.
By:
ok, cheers
By:
I think what will happen next week is 4 songs will go through out of 8 into 2 duels (1vs4 and 2vs3) with the winner of each taking the final 2 places. The format of a/c has been a bit different each of the last few years though. 1 year it was all duels.
By:
All very complicated
By:
FYR Macedonia have chosen a solo female dance track. Not bad on 1st listen.
By:
Interesting: they gave Brequette no vocal assistance. She sounds very exposed with such a big song.
By:
Very strange in Spain. Brequette just sang live & delivered a very powerful, emotive live performance of the song. But on the recap, when Spain hears songs and gets to vote, it's a pre-recorded performance by Brequette that sounds a lot weaker & unstable vocally.

By:
Cowell must be involved behind the scenes
By:
The running order is as follows:
1. Ammotrack – ”Raise Your Hands” 2. Linus Svenning – ”Bröder” 3. JEM – ”Love Trigger” 4. State Of Drama – ”All We Are” 5. Ellinore Holmer – ”En himmelsk sång” 6. Martin Stenmarck – ”När änglarna går hem” 7. Helena Paparizou – ”Survivor” 8. Outtrigger – ”Echo” |
By:
...for the 2nd chancers
By:
I don't know 3 and 6 as well as the other 6 but I'd be surprised if Helena didn't cruise this with maybe Jem or State Of Drama taking the other spot.
By:
I thought Martin Stenmarck was pretty decent. Was well backed after his perforance and then drifted towards the end
