The problem is the Netherlands, havent been involved for a long time, so impossible to predict their votes.

I have basically taken all the countries, combined them with all the voting countries and then how many times each country had the opportunity to vote for the other and averaged the votes, listed them in order and calculated the 1-12 votes from that.

Took advantage of the doubts over marco to average up for top 10. I cant see it making any difference whatsoever

And then there is the over-influence of votes for countries that have won the competition recently, such as Azerbaijan, not helped by the fact that they have a reasonable song this year too.
