Ding would have been a play against Ronnie were the H2H not so lopsided. Purely on the numbers, Licky is slightly too big v Big Boy, and he leads the H2H 3-1, but all of those meetings are pre-2018, and it's fair to say Big Boy has kicked on since. Jack's numbers are well down this season, and so are Slessor's, but Slessor always puts in better showings against the bigger names. I think the price is bang on so no play, but I do quite fancy a Slessor win. Purely on the numbers, and the H2H, White v Highfield should be an even money affair, but Highfield should be full of confidence after how he came through yesterday. I have Zhang Anda as a very slight fav on the numbers v Mugthew, but it's the Welsh Open, so Mugthew should be more motivated than usual (not hard). Bottom line, nothing is jumping out at me at all. |

You and me both, Drewboy! I used to compile speed ratings, and it became apparent very early on in those novice runs at Sedge and Muss that he was a nippy bugger! Would have been around that time I assumed the name on here - certainly before the Cheltenham win. Was gutted at both of those QM runs. Defo would have won one, if not both, if he'd stood up
