Lol, your imagination is as deluded as casemoneys, but hey ho
It's simple whataboutery, which seems next to tangents and strawmen in your desperation to defend your love of corrupt farrage |
By:
Don't be a yaK HUNT all your life, Reform are still within a point of Labour despite the so called Burnham bounce which will soon be over. Hardly in freefall ffs.
Donny, you obviously have been boning up on your "often misused cliches" dictionary. Well done. |

Were in a "whataboutery and other deflections for refukers" ladybird book.
Written by W D Dean |

Clyde is a good egg and generally a shrewd enough operator.
Politically he has gone off the rails for some reason, and has extreme FDS. It is possible to have a rational debate with him. Aside from anything to do with Reform, or Farage! |
By:
That's because you are in farage cult,
Lol |

It's W R Dean to you Donny

The whole nonsense about not turning up for the count announcement exposes everything about the FDS sufferers really.
Turning up or not, completely irrelevant in the big picture. A total non story. But not turning up meant the opportunity to engineer fake humour about who he was 'standing with' was removed. As was any kind of organised disruption that was planned. Anyone with a modicum of common sense would determine that not showing up was prudent. But they can't tolerate that, and now faux rage about it as though it was a critical element of the 'joke' election. Don't you just love 'em :) |
By:
So much of a non story he lied about it, they now have 3 alternative narratives and
somebody bothered to type that above, lol |
By:
UNI party candidates boycott the election = cowards?
Farage boycotts the election count = Hero ?? |
By:
Please explain how Farage's non appearance at the declaration affected the outcome.
And then explain how the craven decision by the main parties to not stand candidates affected the outcome. Ta. |

Of course the residents of Clacton count in electing it's MP but they don't count regarding parliamentary standards
Well Clydebank that really is the issue here. People can vote for what they like but there's always some committee that can overrule them and suspend the candidate that they elected because of abitrary'standards'. Of course people in Clacton who were motivated enough to vote were well aware of the £5M but they don't care, as they are not supporting Farage because of belief in his personal probity |
By:
Arguably they do count as the ultimate sanction is a recall petition and a by election. As I've always stated, Farage cut the punishment of process, straight to the ultimate sanction.
ie, they just had what they claim they want. The warped world of the left actually apparently think that thousands of people will abandon Farage when the blob inevitably formalises his guilt, when they already treat him as if he is guilty and have done for many months ![]() It must be fun to live inside the world of those cranial gymnastics, even for one day only. |
By:
What's the blob?
By:
The people who organised it for 'Andy' to evade parliament until September.
By:
Almost like his takeover was choreographed a long time ago :)
By:
Tobes it doesn't matter what the residents of Clacton think it's down to the members of the jury. They are the ones with the facts at their disposal. If he gets away with it, it'll be down to a technicality, not down to the voters of Clacton.
By:
You must live in a fantasy world if you don't think party politics is the only thing that counts. I've posted the gushing letter about the red queen from the standards goon. I'll post it again if you like.
Hers was tax evasion, not something that he could ignore. But the investigation was completed in one day Obviously a hugely more complex investigation, compared to whether a gift to a non politician is political. The rules are deliberately written in a way that it could be swung either way, depending on political allegiances. |
By:
I feel for you if you genuinely think these people will leave their dripping hatred of Farage at the door, and interrogate it as if it was Starmer. Obviously not.
Like it or not, this by election has directly impacted their plans. Whether they follow through with the planned by election must be in doubt, they'll know they'll get suffed again and appear vindictive in the process. |
By:
I don't particularly like Ms Rayner but the two incidences are poles apart in terms of seriousness.
By:
Agreed, and she is back already.
By:
The pertinent point is the way the blob handled her case was so obviously biased, to diminish and minimise the impact on her as much as was plausible, lefties would call it a soft landing. The housing minister dodging stamp duty, ffs. Farage is the opposite, all about maximising the damage.
By:
Lol, ciders bias needs translation at times
Farrage ain't been investigated for his stamp duty evasion by buying house in immigrants name to avoid it. The blob, lol, didn't even report it unlike their pile on rayner. |
By:
Farage is a liar

Tobes it doesn't matter what the residents of Clacton think it's down to the members of the jury. They are the ones with the facts at their disposal.
You are agreeing with my point then. There should not be any 'standards committee' in a democracy, which makes it so that 'it doesn't matter' what the voters think. |
By:
By:
There are no standards if a PM can whip MPs into voting to avoid a standards investigation.
People like you had a completely different view when it came to stopping Brexit. Democracy went out of the window. |
By:
Parliament is sovereign, and can do what it wants.
Get it wrong, you get booted. Find a dumb electorate and you can be corrupt, but Parliament will highlight your corruption. Trying to circumvent scrutiny because you didn't know the rules is funny though. And the half wits love him. |
By:
I wonder what percentage of the vote Restore may achieve in any future Clacton by election and if substantial, could it bring other parties into contention?
By:
I have not really been following the bin man v farage election till I read the results, I really don’t blame Farage for not celebrating beating bin man because it’s bit of a hollow victory it’s like Man Utd beating Torquay in FA cup at old Trafford but not impressively, it’s a case of we got the job done but it’s up the tunnel as quickly as possible and no back slapping in dressing room.

John curtice knows a thing normally 2 about elections and says it was a great night for garage despite what the lefty media would have you believe

9,627 are on PIP in the Clacton constituency. I wonder if most of them voted for Reform at the recent by election and if they did so, would they vote for them again in any future by election knowing now that they would have their PIP taken off them if Reform formed a government?
By:
A bit like BREXIT. Ebbw Vale was the town in the UK that benefited most from the EU. It was also the are that had the highest % vote to leave it.
By:
9,627 sounds suspiciously similar to the amount of retards who voted for a man wearing a bin on his head.
By:
That's a low bar, CB.
As you well know, the UK was a vast NET CONTRIBUTOR to the EU. I suppose we should have be eternally grateful for the few scraps that were thrown back. If anything it fooled people into thinking that EU were benevolent. |
By:
Those in Ebbw Vale should.
SD. I'd be 1.01 that those on PIP voted higher than 63% for Reform |
By:
As I said on the other thread, not the ones pretending to be anxious.
By:
I guess you could argue as they'd already got a load of money they weren't going to get any more, although I very much doubt that entered their mind.
