Farage gets 63.3% of 44.37% = 28.1%

The 'creditable threat' is being questioned rightly.
By:
credible. there was a credible threat of disruption, and it was convenient. another non story. most politicians want the airtime of a count announcement, hardly something that Farage needs.
By:
Farrage can't help lying to get out of Clacton asap
The fan boys soak it up |
By:
That just sounds all 'wrong' though.'disruption',really?. It could be read as he hadn't the balls to thank his voters or even the other candidates.

"I am damned if I am going to stand on a stage, having won a resounding victory... and be demeaned and humiliated by nobodies," Nigel Farage says

By:
Cider, why do you swallow Farage's untruths?
By:
Why would he put himself on offer, when his life is constantly at risk and safety not guaranteed, due to the unhinged violent threatening loony lefties.
Filth that sneer mock and then resort to violent acts when someone dares to not agree with their weirdo views. What’s the latest on the loon who took the life of Anne? Lefty media remain quiet on that one… R.I.P |
By:
There's no untruth. Like I said, it was a credible threat. He would have still attended if there was something to gain. But there wasn't. So the treat was very convenient for him.
By:
Benny since when has a milkshake been a dangerous weapon?
By:
Cider, What exactly was this credible threat?
By:
The one Essex cops warned him of.

By:
Could have spent some of his £5 million protection bung, rather that lied about police.
Fan boys still lapping it up, lol |

This morning the website of Parliament’s standards commissioner has been updated to confirm that his investigation is no longer suspended
By:
There will be an investigation but they have had plenty of time to complete it so any further delay can only be due to long holidays. Does Labour declare every donation made by Trades Unions in the proper manner? I only ask. They make the Farage £5m look like pocket money.
By:
Obviously thought the police wouldn't call him out. Fair play to them.
By:
Survation poll asked if only Farage and Count Binface were standing, who would you vote for? Poll result was Farage 69% Count Binface 31%. In the actual by election the result was Farage 70%, Count Binface 30%.
By:
Essex police say....
The decision of candidates to attend or not attend the election count is a decision for individuals and their security teams, our role is to make sure our policing operation is sufficiently robust to ensure the safety of all, and we are grateful to all of our officers, staff and the staff at Tendring District Council who worked through the night to ensure the safety of all. No balls Nigel ![]() |
By:
Nigel Farage: "I've been advised by Essex Police of a plot to embarrass me at the count."
Essex Police: "We have not advised any candidate to avoid the declaration." |
By:
They are a disgrace,Tice on GMB(ITV) citing Ann W for not turning up. Absolute zero class.
By:
No contradiction in those statements. There is no doubt that Farage is black or white with the Voting public. Binface was the only one of the 30+ other candidates who anyone had heard of so he got nearly all of the anti Farage votes. There would have been a vociferous protest group at the count and by avoiding it, Farage removed their chance of publicity.

By:
No balls Tories, Labour, Lib dems, Greens who were not willing to take him on! Are they really that terrified of what is still a fairly small political party.

Lets see what happens in the next Clacton by election.

The fan boys can see no wrong in lyin' chicken nige.

"Could have spent some of his £5 million protection bung, rather that lied about police."
How much is left after Reform's Cryptoassets and Digital Finance Bill? It proposes tax cuts: Reduce capital gains tax on eligible cryptoasset gains down to a flat 10%. It's as blatant a bung as you are ever going to get. Still what's wrong with a billionaire paying 10% when junior doctors pay marginal rates up to 71%? |
By:
Another proposal from Reform's only draft bill ...
Immediately terminate all ongoing research and development into a potential digital pound. Makes Infantino's scheme look very reasonable |

Even if I was the biggest right wing anti WOKE fellow out there, I'd see a conman as a conman when the evidence is so blatant.

I'd assume that if you voted "Leave" and even if you voted "Remain", but more so if you voted Leave, you are quite attached to the GBP and glad we never adopted the Euro. Yet Reform's only draft bill expressly proposes to "Immediately terminate all ongoing research and development into a potential digital pound"
That's not even consider it and to dismiss it out of hand. Not even the merest discussion on the pros and cons. Consign the GBP to the dustbin. It's a policy completely at odds with British Independence. What percentage of voters in Clacton have any idea of what is written in that Bill? Possibly less than 0.1%. What percentage of people in The Standards Committee investigating the £5m gift are aware of it? I'd hope all of them. And why should Christopher Harborne pay 10% on his crypto gains? Currently it's 24%. |
