First team I backed on the SB market Cool the day when they acquired Boldin...surprised Flacco not targeting him so much lately but Rice doing well...indeed hard path to win it but the most all round team in AFC

Yep, troy was playing apparently.

Well they will probably crush everyone by 20 points but I hope not because it will be a bad start to my betting year if they do!

Addai back and healthy is big for the colts.

And you can call me crazy but what price do you think Kansas would be against the pats.  I think they could beat the pats. they have the knowledge of Brady and bellichik within the organisation and the running game to keep Brady off the field.

ohh come on d13phe...i think you are letting the betting side cloud yer judgement here..plenty have the knowledge of brady and bill..pats can stop the run, i think the jets will beat kansas anyway,i hope the pats dont win it,as i said i could see the ravens beating or possibly the colts if they get everyone back...just dont see the jets or kansas having a chance at foxboro

i hope im wrong and the jets or kansas win in foxboro...but it looks like an easy game for them,,,jets will be **** themselves as they didnt have a clue how to stop them....did you see the jets v chicago...even cutler was given loads of time from the rush which seems to be non existent...brady will just pick them apart down the middle again..so imo the pats need to win 1 big game v the colts, ravens or the steelers.lets just get this pointless week 17 over and lets get it onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

Chiefs to beat the pats...oh dear, someone needs to lay off the christmas sherry.

Dont forget, the ravens have a chance at the 2 seed this weekend.  Unlikely, but you never know.

Seen it before, one poor half of football by New England and 3.5 becomes 10's.

The colts, packers and ravens were all a score away from beating the pats at foxboro.

They are not invincible.

From 12-2 More than half of those wins are against teams with losing records.

2 beat the pats u have 2 get presure on brady knock him out of his rhythm, the steelers just sat back on coverage all nite on him & he just picked them off like a sniper, i know its stating the bleedin obvious but stop brady u stop the pats easier said than done imo.

i agree with the colts packers and ravens being able to do it,,,but not kansas.....12-2 half were against teams with losing records Laugh jeezzz, i bet if you went through the ravens, steelers wins etc more than half of their wins were against teams with losing records, the facts are the patriots have beaten all the big afc teams they have played and went to soldier field and completely embarrassed the bears.

Afternoon all, i think the Packers are still the team to beat. They went to Foxboro with Matt Flynn at QB and lost by 4pts. Rodgers is nicely rested and the team are arguably healthier than they have been all season.

lol I think they had the 2nd hardest schedule after Packers ffs Silly

Patriots not invincible they are pretty average when and if they turn the ball over... but when the O keep that zero in the turnover column and the D create close to three turnovers a game...it's a hard team to beat...

when any team keep a zero in the turnocer column and the D create close to three turnovers a game, its a hard team to beat!!!!

I dont think the patriots are innvincible but you would have to think they can beat kansas or the jets so they only need to put in one top class performance to make the superbowl, they can sit back and let the other teams ravens, steelers and colts beat each other up before they go to foxboro..does anyone know the stats on patriots turnovers in playoff football over the last 8 years?? it must be at a minimum, thats what they seem to do better than anyone.

happy new year steelcurtain...gl in 2011

They have a great record in turnovers this year and they don't give penalties away. Most of their success this year has come from woodhead and their two very good tight ends. I guess we will see but It wouldn't suprise me at all to see Kansas or the jets rock up to foxboro and win.

personally I would be shocked if the Jets won in Foxboro, don't think they are that good being honest and wouldn't be a fan at all of Sanchez

He looked good in chicago and has been getting better, same in pittsburgh,i think i heard the offensive coach has stopped asking him to make huge plays and letting him construct some simple drives, think he has looked fairly composed of late...jets have been letting themselves down with their pathetic pass rush..if you are giving cutler time as bad as he is making decisions he will rip you apart given time...should be some very good playoff games.

the only way jets can win is if sanchez played like he did the first match against patriots..

Remember that the jets won that game easly, so it can be done... but lets wait and see[:D]

This time last week New England were at 3.7. Now, they are at 3.2. Surely that's a huge overreaction to a week where only Philly have seen their price reverse course massively?

So now it looks like

Ravens @ Chiefs
Jets @ Colts

good day for Ravens Cool

Is this how its going to go?? massive loss for the chiefs.....good day for colts and ravens, only 2 afc teams i have backed Grin  how about them raiders, total domination of the afc west 6-0
By:
d13phe
When: 02 Jan 11 21:04
I reckon the raiders are not far away for next year to get into the playoffs.

Playoff picture looks good for the ravens.

if colts win it is...

Ravens (5) @ Chiefs (4)
Jets (6) @ Colts (3)

so should be
Colts (3) @ Steelers (2)
Ravens (5) @ Patriots (1)

Chiefs loss is huge in the context of the playoffs.

Still find myself maxing up when Chicago are greater than Green Bay.

Flummoxed why New Orleans are out to 13 from 11 this morning given a half-assed performance. The Saints all but have a one week bye and are the same price as Philly?

Atlanta don't come in at all also despite New Orleans drift. Amazing to me that Pittsburgh who must go through New England are lower than Atlanta!

It's interesting for the patriots.

They will have to probably beat the ravens, colts or steelers and one of the dangerous NFC teams to win the SB. That's 3 tough games.

Their outright price is laughable and just laid more.

Are Green Bay really going to be shorter than Philly despite having to play in Philly? Oh my.
