the excessive use of white space is hurting my eyes can't focus on anything
imagine trying to sort through a 25+ runner hdcp at Royal Ascot next month it's a terrible layout and I have 40+ years in print and graphic design to say Im shocked that they think this is better is an understatement  |

Its awful and it isnt even showing the verdict on some of the races for tomorrow. No consultation, no advanced notice, no clue as to whats important and whats not. Just utterly awful |

I'm sorry its now after 8pm, and some races have the Postdata, some dont. Many, if not all, races have no verdict on them. Thats not being a dinosaur, its wanting the information that we pay for with our subscription. They say the authorities (Government, etc), but lets see if they do when they do something like this with no warning. |

yes Leif, they are finally on at 9PM rather than 6PM. I know how to use a computer thanks, but it hasn't been on until now. I've never had a problem with change, this isnt to do with that, its simply a worse un-user-friendly update. Please for you if you like it but it seems you're in the minority |

It is redesigned, and yes I have a crayon and chalkboard but it still allows me access to the relevant tabs which is more than you've achieved all day.

Am on Kempton 18:00 odds comparison tab for today 20th May, yet tomorrow is underscored and highlighted. Clearly no, or very limited testing gone on.

signed: [i] having to click between information pages and cards rather than opening info at the bottom of the card and scrolling up and down is my main annoyance, but also [ii] the amount of white space, [iii] the position or the OR/TS/RPR away from the columns showing the last six sets of rating and [iv] the stupidly tiny font that some parts are now displayed in are other issues.
I am an Acer laptop/Windows 11/Chrome user [occasionally Firefox when Chrome has a bad day!]. |

If you have your browser in a sized window, the odds comparison tab is greyed out. If you maximise your browser it suddenly becomes available. This update released without testing is really beyond belief.

apparently a new day starts at 7am - per earlier post Kempton 18:00 now correctly shows as today. It's just changed from tomorrow.

leave the online version en masse and all rush out and get the paper copy as its disappearing from the high st. and increasingly hard to find .................................. A big hit if it gets stolen, so they won't stock it  |

TS/Post Data etc are still unavailable across much of the card. Aside from that the absolute deal breaker is separating the card from stats+. |
