Hollie is one of our best jockeys. Good out of the stalls, tactically astute and rides out
a finish. Deserves a top job. |
|
By:
I'd give him a 6 month stretch inside, that'll learn 'em.

Can;t deny the Horse should have won,
however it did go left and it's not the normal stop ridding case Should still be banned but not 6 months as some on here want. Well done Varian, never publically throw your jockey under the bus, you can have that conversation in private |
|
By:
There will be one rule for the journeymen and another for the likes of Doyle so will get a light sentence, won't want to upset Wathnan etc.

It wouldn't have won far, but it would have won which is the only relevant point.
This riding through the line business, which is quite important, has never ever been enforced properly. The bridle duo, Buick and Doyle, are amongst the worst culprits in the weighing room. Moore is another example. They seem to ride to their own rules. This is extreme because it involves a horse that should have won, but there many examples that will impact on extra places. The number of top jobs that Doyle has fallen into just emphasises the weakness of the weighing room. Others have got fed up with him, and I would be surprised if Wathnan are any different. |

By:
there's no jinking until on & after the line, already dropped his hands stride before
|

By:
thought he'd won

Got away with it
The horse only went to hie left when Doyle stopped riding Complete rubbish imo |
