4-00 Wolves is looking a VERY hot race Loving Dream did run really well on debut .........could easily win this .....
By:
I agree Skip...and generally would take that into acct....my worry is that was it`s 3rd run...so will have to come on again for that imo
By:
Loving Dream has been tipped by Andy Holding so the nice prices are long gone
By:
thought 9/2 was quite acceptable ...........
By:
Currently just over 5/1 (6.20) on here in the EW market (although if you take it all in one go the market will evaporate!).
I don't follow tipsters but Andy Holding seems to be worth reading (been having a peek every now and then since you last mentioned him Jon) - and he seems to like a Filthy EW so what's not to like apart from he sometimes destroys a price - but where was the 6/1 that he is advising/claiming ?? I think we could all show a very healthy profit (on paper) if we could add a fictional point or two onto all of our selections. I thought 5/1+ looked like a probable bet to nothing but I haven't bet it. |

To be honest TM until a few months ago i'd never heard of him. I was watching the star sports interviews by Simon Nott and he popped up on one. You can't get his advised prices they just use him as a mark I think. I have a look at what he's tipped in the hope he hasn't agreed with me to be honest.

I remember you saying he had tipped one of our EW fancies a while back Jon (hence the market move on it) - so I had a read every now and again after that - but I stopped a while ago although I did quite like his approach to a race. Only today realised the "gold star" (next to Loving Dream today) on Odds-checker is indicative of him selecting it.
Do you know what time they are put up? |
By:
After a lot of studying...i`m just watching this 4pm...far too many lurkers as you have stated TM
By:
a small lay of Romantic song if it shortens any further if anything
By:
Yes 37 - tissue Fav drifting horribly and four of the "lurkers" all a bit shorter than "expected" - interesting race to watch imo.
By:
yep too short now imo...have laid Rom Song
By:
Hope you lost your discipline TM ?
By:
Am I allowed to do a "boom" if I didn't select it as a Thread bet?
"Boom" |
By:
wd chaps.
By:
nice ...............lovely late drift.................
By:
I had a little tickle 37 - while I was replying to you (pre race) it went silly prices on the EW market here.
By:
yes of course (fishing)
By:
well done
By:
Well done all that played - 11/2 ISP in the end! - and went silly prices (between 7.00 and 8.00 on here) in the late drift.
The Godolphin horse behaved well beforehand - but I think I was right when I said - I don't think she is a fighter! |
By:
Nice result there fellas. TM the Holding tips are generally up around nine every morning.
By:
yes she will struggle to find a race now .............maybe send her to Southwell as their maidens are usually dreadful......
By:
Agree Skip - she might yet have her day - from the front - on the Fibresand and maybe with a hood!
Cheers Jon - might start having a gander at them again (AH). On the downside - that's about +7 points I can't claim for the thread P&L ![]() On the plus side - just got my Lay Nap in the laying comp stuffed (Place Lay - 16:15 Southwell: Album) for a few squid. ![]() |

Action Hero 5.15?
By:
had to have a few sheckles on him also got him in an each way double with Loving Dream ...........so fingers crossed!!
By:
got to be in the 3 Jon......I think it may even win it...has acted on soft (redcar)...so has more credentials, although limited, than the fav
By:
good luck skip
By:
Looks a a play but too short for me. GL
By:
oh well Nohalmdun ..........very disappointing run i thought......
By:
4.55 and 5.55 look worth a second glance.
By:
Popping out for a few hours. Had a small ew on Fairfield Ferrata at 15/8 1.25 Hex. Only mildly dusty. Back for AW later. GL
By:
Morning Jon - I have wasted quite a lot of time looking at a few other races as well as those two (Including the Handicap
at Hexham - 12:25) - and then eventually returned to exactly what I already had on the shortlist! - the 16:55 and 17:55! Both races a tiny bit "lurky" imo but not enough to put me off I don't think. So the obvious ones look to be the most obvious ones! - 16:55 Kempton: Run to Freedom and 17:55 Kempton: Sword Spirit. GL. |
By:
had a bit of the 6-1 Charm Offensive this morning..............see how the market goes with regard to the other 2 "runners"....1-25 Hexham.
By:
backing Medway in the 4.20 Kemp e/w now
By:
arghhh,,,got the 2 favs beaten,,,and again chose the wrong one
By:
Are we all on Run To Freedom then?
By:
Nearly on Jon - hoping for 4.50+ - it's a long wait.
I now think it might be an error of judgement - but I have also Plaice laid El Camino ![]() |
By:
I am Jon....obvious choice..got to be placed
By:
Boom! and bigger Boom! - got the double up!
By:
Well done fellas
By:
Very nice !!!
