Where did it finish? What was the Betfair SP? What price was it after 2 hurdles? ![]() ![]() Got any more hilarious gay jokes? |

Believe it or not I've read Hawking's book 'A Brief History of Time' I'm very interested in the universe. I don't have a degree in astrophysics but fairy clued up.
I never knew time stopped just before you entered a black hole, called the event horizon. Do you have any interest in the subject? |
|

Are you googling?
|
|

No - I'm not.
Did Hawking advocate betting on 3/10's that have never before jumped a hurdle in public? |
|

I'm thinking Hawking would have been bright enough to look for the Filthy Each Way alternative.
How ironic (the thread title) - but it was your thread choice! - hardly makes you theoretical physicist material imo ![]() stewarty b11 Mar 21 16:42Joined: 02 Aug 02 | Topic/replies: 28,243 | Blogger: stewarty b's blog Form different gravy here. 30/100 looks fair imo. |

I doubt if being theoretical physicist would help in punting.

You should really read the book. It opens one's mind as to what a total irrelevance this planet, and the people in it are......unless you believe in the mind of God.

The fact that you resorted to calling me gay - shows you are actually beyond help in most respects.
How lost and defeated do you have to be to resort to that. It's the kind of angle that you'd expect from a child before he progressed to "big school". |

Excuse me but it was you who mentioned 'bum fun' when I asked you if you were married. That was sick to me,

What a lot of punters don't understand is that you have to back losers to be a winner.

Here we go .....refreshed from my break and ready for some fishy filthy action .............PJN sets a poser in the 1-55 Newton saddling the only 2 with a chance.....wouldn"t be surprised if Celestial Force shook up the fav and has to be backed.................As does my old friend Colour Sergeant 5-30 Cork .....step up in trip could eek out some improvement ...looks a low risk Each Way double to me ............Tight Lines

Morning Skip -
Celestial Force is NH, so not for me - but he is the very definition of consistent and the numbers/betting shape certainly work very well. Colour Sergeant - the numbers work too but it's a proper conundrum imo! - he has the profile and form figures of a total dodge-pot/rogue and he's actually on my rogue list because he meets my numerical definition of being one too! i.e. From 7 life-time runs he's been beaten after trading odds-on In-Running 4 times (at odds of 1.35, 1.33, 1.77 & 1.44). As well as those 4 odds-on failures, he has also traded and got beaten at IR odds of 2.10 and 2.62. Despite all of that fairly solid (numerical) evidence, I don't actually think he is a rogue! - but the numbers don't lie, so a combination of that, the price (currently about my minimum for EW), first run of the season, step up in trip (which actually ought to suit him) and the absence of any headgear today - I make him a fascinating watch today rather than a bet imo. GL will be cheering both! ps - will start a new thread for the flat (if the season ever gets started!) |
|
By:
Well done Skip - not sure that was conclusive (regarding is he a dodge-pot or not?) - in so much as he battled quite well and won but still not 100% convinced that he looked like he actually wanted to! Market didn't go the right way for me to have a bet.

I make him fav for next years triumph .........

A busy bank holiday...but only 3 of interest from a filth perspective........1-10 Redcar Villeraune ....looks a solid bet at 9-4 two promising juvenile runs ,step up in trip to suit........1-40 Poets King ...highly promising debut step up in trip a big plus trainer flying.........2-00 Chepstow Le Bateau.....the bumper he won at Ludlow has be won by many a useful Henderson horse in past ....hopefully this is the next of them.........Tight Lines.....

Hi Skip - I started a new thread (for the new flat season) if you want to join that one instead?
I nearly put up Villeraune (13:10) - but mostly because of the ridiculous RP tissue price (13/2 ) I couldn't bring myself to do it at 3/1 (which in all fairness was probably about right). Swerving the 13:40 (but I vaguely liked the Johnston horse - Alhaajeb - plaice only!).Al I have today with (very vague) confidence is the 16;45 at Wolves (Atiyah) - still 3 places in the bf each way market. Will put it on the other thread if I play it - but not sure I will actually be around at 16:45 today. GL. |

Thanks Kenny - long time, no speak - hope all is good with you.
That should have been the first winner on the new Filthy Each Way thread (I started a new thread for the upcoming flat season)- but I ended up on chauffeuring duties and missed it ![]() |
