no i don't like it system99...
not saying that particular practice has any legality issues... but i don't like it. and like many have said on here previously... racecourses know full well what is going on when these boxes are rented out in a block basis... if onnly RTV would get to where it got to in February then it would certainly negate the box players advantage to a certain extent. |
