By far the worst race of the day for me at Plumpton, even on middle. It had been ok on lowest here prior to that.

Nice to know it's not just me. I've felt it's been there on and off since Wednesday. Grid data just feels slightly laggy, and I haven't been hitting what I thought I should on multiple occasions.

I asked betfair about the live video stream when I was asking them to sort a another problem out.They told me as I believe they have told others that they cant guarantee the stream as it is supplied by third party .I got the impression they were not too bothered so frustratingly I cant see it changing soon.I hope I am wrong.

If my sky box stopped working and my pictures were constantly broken up, when I phone them up and they tell me that it will be sorted in a few months, I would say, "Fair enough, I'll stop paying for a few months then" When BF deal with the third party and are told the same they carry on paying for it...why is that? The answer must be that those of us I/R players affected by it are greatly outweighed by the people simply watching the stream after having other bets, consequently it just doesn't matter to them enough to really push for a fix. |

Plumpton was a shambles if Betfair continue along this second rate service the markets will be so small it won’t be worth playing as it is a real struggle now to make the odd pound or two each day.
I certainly am getting to the point of calling it a day enough is enough Betfair you really are taking the p-ss just wish you would have the balls to say it’s a shambles and do something about the situation instead you try to mislead the public with your flashy adverts incidentally which must cost a fortune as must your smiling PR team who put on a front of a great service instead of paying out to fix a massive problem for us the real customers you are miss leading the public with your adverts as you are not offering a level playing field shame on you all for robbing us time and time again ps scrap the 20 percent commission as the service you provide does not justify it |

I am surprised people thought plumpton yesterday a shambles, its the first time i was able to watch all races on the fastest setting which to me is a step the right way, it did stutter from and is a long way from fixed but if not a one off i live in hope.

Don't get me wrong i want better pics like everyone but a thing everyone seems to just ignore is that betfair are a betting exchange and have never claimed or shown a want to be the main racing picture provider.
yes to my mind it would be a savvy buissness plan, but the fact is it isn't there job sadly |

actually thats a fair point and never thought to mention it b4 but a week or so ago i decided to start using a different browser provider cos i'd heard good things.
in case it helps i switched to BRAVE internet browser. |

First race at lingers was prob as good as its been since it changed - hardly any stuttering or pausing throughtout the race. But back to type for the 2nd race, pausing every 2 to 3 seconds - impossible to form any sort of opinion for inrun purposes.
