Betfair should tell ATR to stick their contract up their @arsenal...

very few on here can be making money using these pics anyway so it will be no loss for Betfair commission wise...

why you pay for something unusable is beyond me...

The clock is mostly benign and useless other than comparing like with like.
The races yesterday didnt speed up on LV to my experience, not in the time to RTV on sky anyway, I have all races on both and Id have noticed a difference had there been one, and its extremely unlikely they both speeded up by the same amount together.

Unfortunately people need to decide on whether they use bf IR based on their own successes now, complaining does nothing.
The reason we are in the position is because bf decided to take a greater amount in PC instead of winning rights and improving the product for all, that is why they have no power over those who hold the rights, and why they never mention it.

Green box, but RTV plays absolutely fine, it's just slow - so it shouldn't be that.

Worth noting that Sky Sports are responsible for the online pics of the current Somerset v Essex game at Lord's. The pictures are poor and jerky.

All summer the 18 counties have been providing free pics of their matches via their own set-ups, and everything has been super-smooth and crystal clear the whole time.

Makes me wonder whether Sky Sports are the culprits in all of this.

in fairness screaming, given no fooker goes to the games in no-covid times, I'd suspect very few people indeed care to watch the stream during these covid times

the 3rd and 4th races were pretty good on the video - if it could be like that all the time we'd suck up the lost second or so since the revamp.

OVER TWO MILLION VIEWS ON LIVE STREAMING SERVICE!
Somerset County Cricket Club are pleased to announce more outstanding results on our live streaming service.

Initially piloted in July 2017, the Club offered a free stream of every non-televised home Specsavers County Championship, Royal London One-Day Cup, Vitality Blast and Kia Super League match during the 2019 season.

In total, 2.1 million views were recorded!

That represents over 215,000 hours of County Cricket watched by Somerset fans online throughout the summer. This is a major increase from the 500,000 views during 2018.

Over 80% of the viewers were from the UK, but Somerset matches were watched all over the world. Examples of the worldwide reach include 4500 viewers from Japan, 2300 from Thailand, 1700 from Ukraine and 1200 from Finland!

Even the 4-day games all attract a crowd of two or three thousand at Taunton each day. Every single T20 is sold out to capacity at 8,500.

Glamorgan Cricket’s live streaming of games attracted nearly 600,000 viewers in the 2020 season with the club looking to drive commercial opportunities from its new found audience.

With no spectators allowed during the season due to the Covid-19, the club invested heavily to provide a live stream experience for some of its home games for its members and supporters.

It teamed up with streaming provider Camsat, to add three manned cameras, three static cameras and score overlays to its production, which already linked in with BBC Wales commentary.

Over the course of four Vitality Blast matches and two Bob Willis Trophy games, more than 587,000 viewers (330,000 unique) tuned into view Glamorgan games at the Swalec Stadium in Cardiff.

The online audience peaked at over 21,000 concurrent viewers during Glamorgan’s Vitality Blast match against  Somerset.

The streaming service also received just under one million playbacks and nearly four million impressions throughout the campaign.

We need to get Camsat on the case.

Pablo, they were 30 secs behind last season. This season they were about 3 secs behind live (I stood on Priory Bridge one morning peering in the ground at Taunton, and checked on my phone). Certainly playable in-running.

My point is that either way, they were broadcast-TV quality on my laptop, until Sky Sports  took over for the current game at Lord's. To me they're jerky, but I admit that might just be my two-bob set up.

No problem, dusty. Just don't assume that killing the county game the way the government has this year won't cause a lot of grief to a lot of people. It's a way of life down this way.
