Apparently he did come under fire on the front SS
Although from what I read they had to look hard to find an example, other than him 'making his HQ in a farm behind the trenches' |

My point is these leaders who we are supposed to trust.
When did any of us get a vote for or against a war? But as always we pick up the pieces. No MP can be trusted no matter what team they belong to. |

" All he has to do is get the Brexit Party onside. Would be a landslide result over the commies and the hypocrites such as the Greens and Libs. They really haven't a clue of the brexit tsunami that is about to be unleashed on the 400 or so remainers in the Commons. I fully expect a bigger majority if it goes to another vote"
A Brexit female on with Andrew Neil tonight said that they would tell all of their supporters to vote Tory at an election to ensure Brexit. |

More chance of Mad Max aka Kemo tipping a winner than that happening oldgit,he probably will not even be there to see 31st Oct.Not been convicted yet but the fact is he has committed a crime as said in the thread title.
Will he carry on and risk the charge or jump before CPS formulate the charge? |
By:
I can honestly see Boris.s popularity growing even because of this .He is the only one trying to deliver what the Democratic vote asked for .Labour the Lib no demacrats ,the Greens and that one trick independence pony Sturgoen are doing everything possible to derail Brexit .Stand by for another 4 weeks of absolutely nothing happening but arguments in parliament .
By:
If it does go to another vote which I hope it does the remainers will Win by a mile and I hope they do.
By:
He could not deliver the Guardian in a hand basket,Article 50 revoked.NAP

By:
If it is revoked democracy in this country is dead .

He has just been proved to have revoked DEMOCRACY FFS?

All the Remainers are the ones ignoring democracy .
By:
Dont be so stupid, the vote was 3 years ago and promises never delivered.
By:
The promise was never delivered because Labour were against it and bleeted on for a general election for the last two years but as soon as they were offered one Corbyn shat his pants and changed the goalposts .He is still sitting on the fence wether he wants in or out .They shoul be renamed the oke kokey party .
By:
The promise was never delivered because of Conservative procrastination, stupidiy and ineptness..........and btw LIES.
HTH..............and btw I am a TORY. |
By:
Glen so am I but the alternative to Boris is Horrific .Having THE abbot and Corbello show running this country is frightening .The majority of the country are sick to death of Brexit and just want it done ,so lets come out on the 31st and move on .

In the autumn of 1895, he and Reginald Barnes traveled to Cuba to observe its war of independence; they joined Spanish troops attempting to suppress independence fighters and were caught up in several skirmishes. In India Churchill decided to join Bindon Blood's Malakand Field Force in its campaign against Mohmand rebels in the Swat Valley of Northwest India.[56] Blood agreed on the condition that Churchill be assigned as a journalist; to ensure this, he gained accreditation from The Pioneer and The Daily Telegraph, for whom he wrote regular updates.[57] In letters to family, he described how both sides in the conflict slaughtered each other's wounded, although he omitted any reference to such actions by British troops in his published reports.[58] He remained with the British troops for six weeks before returning to Bangalore in October 1897 In 1898 Arriving in Egypt, he joined the 21st Lancers at Cairo before they headed south along the River Nile to take part in the Battle of Omdurman against the army of Sudanese leader Abdallahi ibn Muhammad. He took part in the Lancers Cavalry Charge. Action at Omdurman by the 21st Lancers. In 1898 the regiment served in Sudan during the Mahdist War, as the only British cavalry unit involved. It was there that the full regiment charged with lances in the classic cavalry style during the Battle of Omdurman in September 1898. Of less than 400 men involved in the charge 70 were killed and wounded[3] and the regiment won three Victoria Crosses. These three were Private Thomas Byrne,[4] Lieutenant Raymond de Montmorency[4] and Captain Paul Kenna.[4] This spectacular encounter earned considerable public attention and praise for the regiment, though it was also criticized as a costly and unnecessary anachronism - since the 2,000 Dervish spearmen dispersed by the 21st Lancers could have been destroyed by rifle fire with few if any British losses.[3] Winston Churchill (then an officer of the 4th Hussars), rode with the unit.[5] "Omdurman" was the regiment's only battle honour, giving rise to the satirical regimental motto of "thou shalt not kill."[6] That same year, the regiment was given the title 21st (Empress of India's) Lancers, taking the name from Queen Victoria who was the Empress of India.[1] |

Cannot argue with you mate re-the alternatives,i'm as frustrated as most. The only way forward I can see is revocation of article 50,a General Election with a Tory majority and a new referendum.
It is the only way the UK gets a fair say.? |
By:
Bte that was for stattman.

Glen we all seem to forget that it is not just our decision . If one of the 27 European countries says enough is enough then that's it we are out anyway .Does anyone really think they will all agree to starting re negotiating with Corbyn .
By:
I doubt they will stattman but I can say this, most of my friends and contacts across Europe want the UK to stay. Not for any political purposes but because they trust the UK in times of uncertainty in the world,we are in such and heading for worse.
The UK coming out will weaken Europe without benefit to the UK. |
By:
Yes I believe Europe want us to stay ,but look at the state of Europe .Italy is on the verge of Bankrupcy .Greece Turkey are skint Spain are heading that way .The rest will have to help bail them out ,and us being one of the more prosperous countries will pay more than others .
By:
Will not proper long if coming out mate,in fact I predict 4 million unemployed within a year if you do.
By:
*prosper
By:
Glen we will just have to have everyone backing your advices and everyone will be happy
.But seriously I cant see it being that bad after all we prospered for centuries before we joined Europe and we will again . |
By:
I really wish that could be the case statt, when I was in the mob and all and sundry were howling about the threat from Russia we knew different. The Russians were bricking the threat from China, they are still and we should be the same.

Will he carry on and risk the charge or jump before CPS formulate the charge? No criminal charges as this was CONSTITUTIONAL law not criminal law. |
By:
I can assure you movewith...........a criminal offence has been committed and being considered by the CPS,would you like a sidebet here and now?
In your favour is that a charge is unlikely to follow,on my side,my years of law study and knowledge of such. The decider left to the outcome/decision of any further Courts? |
By:
What will the charge be?
By:
No idea yet so the ball is in your Court mate, what would you say to the sidebet?
By:
Only bet on what I know law not my strong point, been following it all day and the experts say can't be a charge which makes sense as what PM would risk going to court/Jail. Looks like he's been advised very good in the fact that no charges could be brought against him and nearly got the suspension of parliament through.
By:
If he had been well advised he would have done what he did,his lawyers did not even turn up in Court today.
And btw do you think he is paying them or is it coming out of our taxes? I do pay tax on my pensions btw (UK) |

By:
Should be would he have done?
