so heres what you muppets rave about and a few of you continue to accept his dross as the words of a master tipster ,

in all the horses he said he was considering as bets yesterday  the vast majority got stuffed and are still unsighted ,

so he then pops up after his cheer leaders  wet themselves about him putting up in the big one CLAN DES OBEAUX  yet with this poster as usual its never quite what it seems ,  SO did he actually suggest to you lot he was suggesting you punt it because he was ???

the truth is he didnt ; but dont let the truth bother you guys with him it never has ,

his words were ??? 7/2 is a little on the short side EW with 7 runners restrictive ?  BUT IF  i do bet on the race ,,, please not not i have bet on the race IF IF IF He will be my selection albeit SMALL for an INTEREST ??

so  he never suggested he was punting it indeed the opposite as it was short enough ,

hardly a ringing lump on bet you lot were cheering about ;

so you swallow that one and he then tells you all in his after race summary  he also punted the horse for a place ;;

2 real bets ,,, THATS WHAT HE SAID GUys TWO REAL BETS ,,,  non indicated pre race  ,

he also wipes all the 4 other horses that he covered in great detail which suddenly stopped being of any consequence as they lost  fell like tin pins

,  yes his lay lost  which is ok but in the depths of losses this thread is curently in it doesnt make a ripple

you can take a donkey to the well guys but if you cant see what this thread is yr sillier than even i think

show me where he says punt this horse ,,, and where he says punt this horse place only , it was never said it was what the mugs call a MENTION ,

yr being fed an illusion ,

Hi Guys and Girls,

No lay bet today, simply as i'm out with my daughter and her mum, even though it's a dreary wet day here.

Many thanks for the supportive comments, much appreciated as always.

Just to reiterate what i posted on the KG (some of it last week).

The day we've all been waiting for since Saturday evening has finally arrived, after 4 blank days of UK racing, the sport of Kings returns, more in quantity that quality, although the graded cards in Ireland and Kempton certainly supply the latter, including the KG (2.45). I mentioned my thoughts on this race several days ago, but to reiterate (and save typing) here is part of it.

Looking further ahead to the KG on Boxing day, i guess many of us are eagerly waiting for this race in what racing media appears to be promoting as a duel between Lostintranslation and Cyrname.

They could be correct (although i don't see it that way) and although Harry will almost certainly be riding the latter, i keep going back to review form of his stablemate Clan Des Obeaux, winner of the race last year and it could be argued maybe against a better field (at least at the time). Native River (rated 176) was well beaten in 3rd, and there were 2 others in the 170 and up range.

I think 7/2 is a little on the short side and with only 7 runners, EW is restrictive, but if i do bet on the race, he will be my win selection, albeit small for an interest.

If i had to lay one of the two main protagonists, it would be Lostintranslation, simply as i think Cyrname is the better of the two (2/2 at Kempton). Colin's runner is without doubt a classy type, and i do like him, but i'm not totally convinced the form of his last 2 wins makes him as short as 13/8 in a KG field, even though the runner up LTO, Bristol De Mai is rated 170. Both are good jumpers, although the fences here are fairly easy, but if the going is heavy, the latter's stamina will certainly be tested (never raced beyond 21f) however i don't envisage this will be an issue.

Only 5 in the field now and Clan Des Obeaux has drifted out to 11/2 in places and at 1/4 odds (2 places) now appeals as an EW bet, or even better, maybe in the 2TBP. I would still be a layer of Lostintranslation at anything under 2/1, but it's riskier now with the NR.

Kemo,

so he never suggested he was punting it indeed the opposite as it was short enough ,

It was 7/2 with 7 runners when i suggested it was on the short side last week (but also stated if i do bet on the race, he will be my win bet). On Boxing day it was 11/2 with 5 runners (so still two places). You do the maths.

I don't give a toss whether you believe me or not, but just to clarify, i had 30 on the win at SP (via brother) and 50 on 2TBP on here at 2.62. I also laid Lostintranslation last week to 50 at 3.05. I didn't big the bets up and stated several times they were small bets.

It was 15/8 with WH Andrew, plus got a boost (I realise you don't have access though). Did wonder why it was so much bigger than BF Exchange TBH.

PHS,

Maybe the reason you had the better price was timing of the bet ? It was a drifter in the morning, even MC mentioned it, but it did come back a bit in the afternoon. According to my account statement, my bet was placed at 14.53.53 and i assume it was matched around that time.

WD anyway. Happy

everything i posted was true , ais simply tries to put what he might do ,  then after the race if it works out he says there we are  i told you ,

nothing i said about his post was not factual , he adds other mentions at various times on diff threads ,

ive no issue with that but dont claim winners that on the day of the race  you specifically telling us yr NOT punting ,,,  especially when you put up a heap of similar tips that sink down deep and you forget about them ,

even yr cheer leaders are getting embarassed mate , the sielnce tell it all

just be honest and truthful and ive no issues , live and let live is the way forward dontcha agree

Good morning Guys and Girls,

I quickly flipped through the UK cards last night and wasn't so enamoured with what i saw. Looking at them in more detail over breakfast earlier they haven't improved a lot either, but at least there is the Grade 1 Challow at Newbury that looks interesting.

Ireland enhances the days sport with a couple of Graded races including the Savills chase, a race that is a pointer to the Cheltenham Gold Cup and has been won by some illustrious names over the years, including Best Mate, Denman and Beef and Salmon, who won it 3 times.

Concentrating on this race, Kemboy, the winner last year is favourite, and on form rightly so, but i would be a layer around 2/1 this afternoon. He had a prep race last year, but due to legal issues wasn't allowed to run (enforced by the HRI) so fitness has to be taken on trust even though runners from the stable generally are, but for a horse who likes to lead and on the soft/heavy going expected, it's a big ask first time out.

Although several beaten runners from this race last year re-oppose, i feel it's a better field.

For such a big stable it's surprising Willie has only won the race twice, conversely Noel Meade, who runs Road To Respect (beaten last year) has won it on 4 occasions.

In the other Grade 1 at the meeting, Apples Jade goes for a hat trick of victories in the Christmas hurdle and whilst she has run poorly in recent outings, i wouldn't want to be laying her here with her 4/4 win record at the course, but at the same time i wouldn't back her either. I don't like the probably favourite either and suspect the winner will come out of the first two in the betting, but i think it's a race to watch without a bet.

I'm not convinced Thyme Hill is the good thing in the Challow at Newbury and would be a layer rather than a backer, but again i feel it's a race to watch.

Deciding on the Saturday shortie was difficult and to be honest i didn't fancy much at all, but the pin has fallen on Tricomlee (1.30 Leicester) at odds around 1.84. Ran well at Newbury to finish 3rd LTO in similar class, fading close home, but has a furlong less to travel today. The field doesn't appear to have a lot of strength in depth and i think she could be better than these. Trainer and jockey current form is good.

My EW selection was also difficult and i narrowed it down to two in the same race (Newbury 1.50) One For Rosie and Now Look At Me, finally deciding on the latter at odds around 12.5 on here. Lightly raced, consistent and although he needs to improve, he has a light weight that will be a benefit on the soft going. Ran well LTO and may have won but for losing a left fore shoe.

OK enough for now, the Opening Show is on, but maybe more later. I do have a couple of lays in mind, but many of the races today are such they fall outside my odds limit anyway.

Good luck and have a nice Saturday all (lovely sunny day here, but chilly).
