G.L. with your Lays Mr.P
Been a busy time of year for me with far to many bottles of plonk consumed. Did throw a few quid on Might Bite as i thought his first run was to bad to be true. But he's gone the wrong way and Hendo will have a job getting him back. Taking on the Mighty Apples Jade as she is a bit to short for me. She's been very impressive this season but do think for value if faugheen jumps cleanly back up to 3m he could well give the jolly a real race and at 3/1 rather take that then 1.64 BF In the big one Do fancy the Jollly and think Road to Respect will be a tough nut to crack. Monalee been well backed and will be a big danger and the stable is in blistering form. However Do think this Year Road To Respect will have a big year and again around 11/4 is worth a punt. Annamix has been talked up for some time be interesting to see what he does today. 3.00 Road To Respect Nap 1.50 Faugheen NB |

Tough today Matt.
You should have stuck with Mullins (you usually do) My test came out well |
|
By:
Yes a tough day indeed Mr.P
I am a big Mullins fan and backed Kemboy last time in the clonmel oil but thought he had a bit more on today. Clearly on the upgrade. My pick made a very bad mistake and did well to finish in the frame really. As for Faugheen i see a few on here thought it was a tired looking fall and the Ruby knockers were out in force as usual., personally i thought it looked set for a great battle up the straight. shame really we will never know. Apples jade would of been hard to get passed but it would of been great battle one thinks. Was happy to see Faugheen get up as it looked a nasty fall. |

LINGA Picks Lays?
2.40 Thaqaffa about 30/1 on BF currently, brave laying those odds cause that goes in that will hurt. G.L. Mr. P 2.40 Fearsome Nap: Thought this was one of the better bets of the day. Back to the Thatch in the 2.00 was also of interest but see it came 2nd, so bullet dodged. |
|
By:
Picks today Mat.
Fearsome is a lay by my methods but small fields are not a good betting proposition. |
|
By:
ok will pop a saver on Thaqaffa,
G.L. with pivotal flame also. |

Very unlucky with Thaqaffa Pinza.

Thanks Madhatters. It's a while since anyone posted on here (except for Matt)
Hah, I still enter the spot (and next best) in the database Then there's the SF from Mirror Also the F and SF from Daily Express Then there is the maths to input - 1 point for each spot and 0.5 for next best. Another two 2nd's , bout of seconditus......
R.Moore on the Nap not the strongest of rides imo he really should of got that up. Very Disappointing. The Nb 2.5 out to 4.00 on BF told the story, drifted very badly and that was that. |
