Attainment Templehills Shush 4HS Acca Nap Arc Draw out and with The promising filly Sea Of Class out in stall 15 its just a point and shoot job for me with another exceptionally filly Enable to give Frankie Another Arc Winner. Capri at around 40/1 E/W with Corals also makes some appeal, way to big for that combo. |

ARC DAY!
Lots of ammo to go to War with After hitting plenty of winners lately. Going for a couple of obvious ones today but do think these two picks stand out if they bring their A1 Game. like a couple others too on the card. there is also a race at Tipperary that is of interest too, so lots to get stuck into. Also worth checking out is the PMU odds as sometimes there is great value to be had. 3.05 Enable NAP: ENABLE Is very hard to get away from, she just looks bombproof to me. Great Draw, the going is perfect, the right man on board who has won the race many times and the stable is in red hot form. Should win pure and simple! 4.25 Battaash NB: Horse clearly doesn't like the air at York and now having had a little break and saved for this race in France where he sluished up last year albeit at Chantilly now with 2/1 knocking about is a bet for me and has outstanding claims. |
|
By:
Another Nap Landed. she was a bit fresh early on but Frankie got the job done and thats all that matters
![]() as for the 2nd Sea Of Class been banging on about her and Lah tid dar all season on here and she ran a stormer from a difficult draw. Battaash stops the winning run of 9 winning horses on the trot on this thread. broke out well had every chance but seem to run out of petrol after 4f. maybe he's not quite the horse he was last year. Another great days racing in France and cheering on Polydream at around 7/4 in the last Group 1 of the day in Paris. |
|
By:
Well done Mat. You do well with top class races.
Not my scene away from GB (as you know) Had a day off after a disappointing Ascot. |
|
By:
Tx Mr.P Yes do like Group racing as find the form is a bit more consistent.
4.55 Lillington Nap: looked good at Newton Abbot and should follow up. |
|
By:
Boom Lillington Bolts up!
shame Battaash let me down yesterday would of been 10 out of 10 nags. have to be happy with 9/10 ![]() Anyway im back in blistering form! thats me done for the day, 1 big bet cash out off for a few drinks. |

19.45 Zamjar Nap: Stable in form plus a CD winner which always abodes well here.

3.00 Limato Nap: Clear Claims as long as the ground remains good or better. What we dont want is any rain or soft in the description.
1.50 True Mason NB: Stable in great form and another one with great claims back at the minimum. |
|
By:
Boom! Nap Limato had perfect conditions with fast ground!
Traveled like a good un and againts this lot its kerchinnng!!! ![]() As For NB nothing would of beat that Sergei Horse who showed a great turn of foot and was different Class! Great ride too as he just switched him and just hacked up! |

By:
2.25 Persian King 3.00 Too Darn Hot NAP Double
Best Fabre Horse 2y according to connections and Gosden made no secrets about his Dewhurst Fav. 2.05 Mountain Angel NB Very consistent and will be there with a big shout! 3.15 AL Qahwa E/W/ If jumps out with them should be coming late and hard at the BiZ end. 3.40 Stratum E/W R.Winston doesn't make another horlics of it like last time should be well there at the finish. |
|

Mattie Bangs in another Nap
![]() Persian King looks very exciting and clearly still not the finished the article. think the form could be good as he and the other unexposed O'Brien horse Magna Grecia pulled well clear of the rest. time will tell but do think those two horses will be worth following next year. As for the 2nd Leg of the Nap Double Too Darn Hot was simply awesome! Must have some engine as it was not plain sailing yet coming out of the dip he burst clear of the rest and done job. Frankie n Gosden are certainly helping my bank account and keep coming up with the goods, happy Days! As for the 2 E/W tips do think there is a big race in Stratum at some point and will keep following him. traveled well but went out like a light, bit keen according to Willie Mullins. Bit of after timing did have a little also on Low Sun He He He after i heard Ruby n Kevin Blake on Itv fancy him. Off for a few sherbets n jin jin to Frankie and John roll on next weekend! |

Going for another Nap Double
13.35 Western Frontier n 13.50 Getareason Both have serious claims. |
|
By:
hmmmmm
Western Frontier already looks like it needs a lot further albeit it was second but the winner hacked up n showed a smart turn of foot. As for getareason clearly not of one Of Mullins highlights and he was disappointing today on Ruby's come back ride. 2.25 Light of My Life NB: Looks a worthy Fav and always respect when the money comes for Edward o'Grady albeit a couple of non runners to add. |

Hi Mr. P hope u enjoyed the coach trip.
Likewise been on a break and enjoying the fruits of my success lately. been in blistering form. Mr. Gosden and Lanfranco helping me a lot. shame lah ti dar didn't win last weekend really would of been of been nice to get those bookies over a barrel. Guess cant have it all in life, ![]() On the horsey front very much looking fww to the weekend. Having a look at the big race down under in the land of OZ do think Benbatl is an interesting E/W alternative to the hot pot. really cant see that being out of the frame with the dead 8 paying 3 places and is worth a punt imo. The 15/2 that was knocking about couple of days ago was snapped up and 6/1 is the going rate atm. She maybe a superstar but she is facing no mug in the selection and if the e/w pick can get the fractions right from a good post and kick on Winx could be really in for a race. She's is the real deal i have no doubt there and after all i am taking on a 1/4 shot, she might well hose up as she normally does but im purely looking at the race in terms of value. Magna Grecia was beaten by very good french horse i tipped on here not that long ago and the two pulled well clear at Newmarket and Do think this O'Brien nag if it goes to Doncaster will take some stopping. Currently 2/1 antepost. |
|
By:
A nice start to the day with Benbatl running a great race and coming second to the superstar from OZ. She really was impressive today and i hope those in doubt will now except she is the real deal.
Magna G runs today in the racing post trophy Or futurity and has been well backed during the week and carries some of my cash. Also good to see Cheltenham back on the screens and like the weather changing gradually so are we from flat to jumps. |
|
By:
He's pretty good that Mattie!
Another winner and the strike rate on here recently is too darn hot ![]() Value n selectivity are key! Many bad threads on here with many w@nkers on here but this thread is the real deal even if i say so myself! roll on breeders cup! ![]() |

12.35 getaway Katie Mai Nap:
Backed this horse at Aintree last time and it got me out of a deep whole which happens to even the best of us. With codd as per usual with most bumpers holding it at the back i thought oh no here we go again. pulled like stink the whole way round with a wall of horses in front, yet this Nag crept into the race and got there on the lolipop where it matters. Has a serious engine and is one of my horses ive been looking fww to for the jump season. Connections (J.P.) im sure paid some decent Euro's for it and i made this more of 4/6 shot then around 11/10 |
|
By:
hmmmm The winner Western Victory was not for passing and mark Walsh seem to ride the pick n jolly as if would pick it up at some point in the last couple of furlongs, she clearly doesn't do things quickly and up in distance might also help in the future. This Matty not so good today. do think Katie Mai will pick up a maiden and hopefully go on to better things and get today's losses back.

7.45 Reeth Nap: This horse could add some funds to the breeders cup this weekend. looks interesting !
|
|
By:
Reeth traveled well up to a point but when out like a light at the biz end. looking at results and some of the rides at wolves tonight glad not getting involved in anything heavy. see plenty of other formites not happy with some of the rides by Haley Turnip and Tom marquand. Always Thought Hayley was over rated personally. Maybe she's better at riding something thats a bit smaller then a horse.
Going through the early dec's at Churhill Downs, Polydream is of real interest to me. Plus Sergei Prokofiev on Friday also catches the eye. |
|
By:
Breeders Cup Kicks off tonight! Been very disciplined all week But getting the Amo out this evening and tomoz!
Get the bad news out of the way first. Shame to see pollydream scratched and can understand the trainers frustrations there. Would of gone there with a serious chance imo. My picks this evening: 7.21 Sergei Prokofiev: Hope to see him coming late and fast and pick up Soldiers Call. Was impressive last time at Newmarket and solid claims. 8.00 Just Wonderfull: Good E/W claims and hopefully another one for Ryan, the hot pot and local Fav im sure will be tough to beat for a trainer that targets this race. 8.40 Belfina: Worthy Fav should be hard too peg back once given the office in the straight. im Sure Restless Rider who is napped by the Racing post will be in the mix. 9.22 Anthony van ****: Wide draw but do expect this horse to go close his form looks very strong as dewhurst over the years has always proven top notch form. 10.05 Game Winner: Bob Baffert im sure will have a winner at some point over the weekend and this red hot jolly could well be it. its been very well talked up lets hope it delivers. Conclusion: Hoping Ryan Moore has a good night. ![]() |
|
By:
Tough night so far across the pond. Lets hope Ryan can get the AVD in the winners enclosure! around 7/2 on the machine looking great value.
The Nap Game Winner might have to come to the rescue AVD fails to show the dewhurst form. |
|
By:
Nap To the Rescue! Boom!
Had to pile into the nap after a very tough night. O'Brien horses running woefully tonight. Wont be backing anymore of his in America! Game Winner really was game and certainly had a wiling attitude, Joel Rosario certainly was not messing about and was good to see him getting the full treatment when Mattie's cash is riding on it. Got to give credit where its due to those Yanks ![]() |
|
By:
hope Joel can double up in the 10.43 Rocketry.
