The Nap: Traded as short as 1.16 and looked to have every chance but just bumped into one that didn't want to lie down.
NB: unbeaten record goes hard to make all at a track like Newbury. Had a tickler on Yours Mr.P but Monaadhl was pretty poor for an 11/10 shot. We fight on again tomorrow. |

Yeah im sure Statsman, i had a quick peek straight after the race was over to see how low it traded. Was also a tad surprise it went that low, to be fair he was tanking along behind the two and even had to take a pull at crucial moment and lost a little momentum before forcing it out as the winner was already beside it.
3.30 Sandown Mustashry Nb: Taking on the Racing Post Nap and jolly Euginio with my pick, as not unusual to see a Stout horse have a flop after a good spell and come back win next time up. It wont lack for fitness and Stout horses in much better form this season n his first time up strike rate is pretty good after a lengthy absence this year. 2.15 Newton Abbot Mr.Mafia Nap: backed this horse last 3 spins and will continue to follow it as it keeps making me money. Last time at Southwell he needed every yard to get up and upped to a further distance for a horse who loves stamina and stays longer then the mother in law he is a worthy Jolly. |

Gustav Klimt only 3rd. starting to look a horse that will be hard to win races with. He was sweating so badly before the off wish i had seen that before napping it on here. Still expected him to be bang there ultimately he was disappointing.
