I'd backed Pauls Hill on the sportsbook at 14-1 yet in settled bets it says it won but no returns showing which never happens when I've won.Been on LC to see what the **** is going on.There has been a delay with our traders because of the outage LC said and You will be paid shortly.FFS the race was at 2.25pm............sheeeeeeeeesh

So You backed in running on the exchange then Hulk at 1000 i presume by what your saying because i did watch the race and it did come with a wet sail at the end from having no chance with a furlong to go.

I put up a back bet in the antepost market for the King George on Disko, it was nowhere near getting matched when the site went down. During the downtime the horse was withdrawn from the race and yet when the site came back up again the horse was still in the market and all cash on the blue side had been swept up
how is this allowed? surely all bets should be voided? |

Lot of understandable frustration in this thread, But hey, chit happens, complicated things go tits up. Getting emotional about it rarely achieves much. I'm guessing most people don't have a Scooby Do how many, absolutely utterly vital links, there are to get all the magic to work, its huge, there are so many ways and so many reasons the electrons can stop dancing, its a true marvel not possible 15 years ago and yet people moan at occasional hiccoughs.
