Maybe new recruits from Russia...that lot that does the equivalent of Norton Antivirus for computers whose name starts with the alphabet 'K' and ends sounding like a prominent football channel.
The last time this happened I was compensated with a £10 free bet despite out of pocket for much more than that. |

as usual the info coming out of BF Customer Services was cr*p or even worse!!!!...............When the incident first occurred if you loaded ( or should I say tried to load) BF a message appeared on the screen to say BF is taken out of action because of a software update and will be back at 06:00 tomorrow.....the next message that appeared was BF apologized for a technical issue caused by a capacity problem..EXCUSE ME..... WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE WEEK OF DECEMBER AND ON A FRIGGIN THURSDAY!!!!!!....I ask you

We have no updates even though we said we’d keep you updated every 15 mins, but rest assured, when we do eventually get up in running the only compensation we’ll be offering is likely to be a free £10 bet on any of our Casino Games. We will say sorry, but we don’t really mean it because if we did we’d surely be trying to do something to stop these all too frequent crashes from re-occurring.
