just noticed I had a page open on the bf tote and just loaded up my BF account history screen from link on the tote page, running fine, had 5 bets reconciled after the crash, at 2.33pm x 3, 2.35pm and even stranger, one at 3.31pm ???

It happens once too often, can they not do something to prevent it happening again? Surely they must know why it happens, and how to fix it. Thank goodness, it is not King George's Chase day or the Cheltenham Festival otherwise positions held for the big races cannot be reconciled accordingly.

they should offer some form of compensation, a lot of people trading horse racing would of been completely stuffed this afternoon, i was lucky and didnt have anything running in the later races.
