After several emails telling me the problem was at my end, I have just received this...

This is to confirm that our engineers are working on this issue to fix it as soon as possible.

I tried to refresh the video after it lost a second, wouldn't let me as I had 'logged out'. The market was still running fine. Had to sign out properly and log in again mid-race. Very annoying.

Still happening on Chrome. Ye can watch a vid then the next time ye go in yer logged out. Not only that it freezes the main page as well.

Worked OK most of yesterday after re-installing both Chrome and Firefox browsers, but today happening on both again after refreshing Account P/L !! Any solutions yet guys? Not phoned Help Desk cos did I read somewhere BF are working on it?

nope - still knackered for me, has been for almost a week. getting to me a massive pain now tbh, i've tweeted them everyday and they go from 'working on it' to denying there's an issue, dpeending on hows working the twitter feed at the time.

Thanks for responding Keefter. Notice BF are doing another upgrade 2-10 tomorrow morning, maybe cure it or make it worse, if that's possible. Don't use twitter myself but keep hammering them with tweets. A sorry state of affairs.

I'm still getting logged out when watching LV on Chrome.

Being fixed on Thursday ... apparently.

It may possibly be something to do with certain ISP (Internet Service Provider) Connections/Routings - or, possibly, users Operating System - as not everybody is affected - Myself included, using Chrome, or Firefox, via Virgin Media Cable.

I hope tonight's 'correction' does not then go and c*ck things up for those currently unaffected - which would seem to be the majority, as otherwise, this thread, and the Forum, would have exploded by far more.

its driving me mad I log in balance comes up then go through pick out bets then as soon as I click on place bets it tells me I'm not logged on and go through it all again!absolutly useless if you want bet in an event just starting as can take 10 mins to get logged back in and place bets

Hello.

Apologies for the on-going issue you seem to be having regarding getting logged out from the site. Our IT team are looking into this but if you could supply us with a few more details this would be great as it only appears to be affect a handful of customers currently.

If you would be able to supply us with the following we will get it passed over to help resolve the issue ASAP.
How many times are you roughly getting logged out within an hour period?
The browser(s) the issue seems to be happening on? Is it just on Chrome?
Where is your currently location?
Can we also take your ISP?
Is there a certain page(s) you tend to find this happens on over others?
Can you also let us know what your Logout Preferences are set to? This can be found under the "My Security" settings: myaccount.betfair.com/accountdetails/mys...

Apologies again for the current issue but these details should help our IT team get to the bottom of what is causing this issue.
