Max time Logged in is 4 Hours, then Betfair log you out, make sure settings are Not 20 Minutes.

I assume everyone with problems have checked their Logout Preferences?

My Account > My Details > Security Settings.

The site has serious problems. It used to be sort of half logging you out, you couldn't place bets but all you had to do was refresh the page.

It's alright though. They've just done an audit (second time within a week or so) to ensure everything is working properly.

Still logging me out, if and only if I watch a video on Google Chrome. And I reported this to Betfair on Thursday at which point they were fixing it asap. Anyone else still getting problems?

the issue seems to be as soon as you use the video.

Only using the video for me buzby. Used the site all night last night no problem. Before I turned off, I checked a video and soon as I opened it I was logged out. Thursday was logged out several times until I twigged it was the video doing it.

These are the problems I've been having for 6 months now. I've been posting these on the "site feedback" forum, but the existence of that forum seems utterly pointless, as they clearly ignore it.

Still get logged out of The Forum after a minute or 2 on my phone.

When I log in on my laptop, it won't accept my details at first attempt, and when I type in my password it isn't hidden on screen, which is far from ideal.

On my phone, I have to log on to my Sportsbook App to log into my exchange App, the Exchange App won't let me sign in on it's own.

As well as posting that (I'm not the only one), I've tried via phone as well. If you speak to someone on the phone, they couldn't possibly be less helpful, it's driving me mad.

If they don't want us to use their site why not simply say so??

On Twitter, they're basically suggesting it's an isolated problem - even told one person that it was the first they'd heard of it!

it's not an isolated problem by any means - I also have it with Chrome and suspect linked to video - ok so far with firefox - I also think it started after the recent upgrade - hugely frustrating

I keep getting logged out all the time but I only realise this when I go to do something like put a bet on, deposit, etc as the balance is still showing and nothing telling me I am logged out until as I say, I try to do something. All these problems have occurred since the maintenance.

My only bet today, my own fault for leaving it late, Sternrubin/Ivan Grozny £2.50 rev exacta, and I go to put it on, it tells me to log in, I try to log out, and then keeps me logged in, and then asks me to log out etc etc

Although my own fault, this better not come in now.
