Artie, "just a handful of moaners on the Betfair forum"  Happy
Just the 52 contributors on this topic alone, voicing their disapproval .
Oh, and 2 are pro-Fitzgerald.
Appears to be a majority against to me, or perhaps a silent majority for, maybe Laugh

I always assumed that "Artie" was "Tommo" but if it says that on wikipedia it has raised some doubts. Crazy

This is not good to read today in the Racing Post.

In an article by Lee Mottershead titled "Who will join Cumani and Chamberlin?" is the following: "At this stage, then, the other as yet unsigned names rumoured to be in the frame are Oli Bell, Matt Chapman, Alice Plunkett, Alex Hammond, Emma Spencer and Mick Fitzgerald."

A frightening list of names.  Bell & Chapman might be worth a go, but Plunkett and Spencer have had their chance CH4 and it hasn't worked. Hammond is hopeless, and Fitzgerald surely has to be a wind-up.

If Martin Kelly is in the ATR studio, it is a 1/10 shot that Fitzgerald will also be there. They seem to be joined at the hip.

Another day for not watching racing. Sad

Think you've missed the irony, Feltfair. Fitzy is a man with a fine sense of humour. As self-deprecating as most in the weighing room.
I draw the line at gratuitous personal abuse.
