Actually yes 11k as have been around town and like to take it easy on a Thursday night as it is when all the trades come out for a drink around here..

If you want anything doing around the house deals can be struck...

I actually had 28 new double glazed window panes fitted for £350 plus of course the cost of the windows..

I actually did a lot of the fetching and carrying and went with them to pick them up but that was a bargain..

Some of them were on the top floor and all done on a ladder at some massive angles..

Plus the gutters were cleaned and an old Sky dish removed..

It pays to get around and about...
