good morning lads thanks for all the advice, all taken onboard
after yesterdays disaster i have decided not to use this system anymore.thought i had found something but the search goes on never the less i will keep betting on my own judgement, which i consider quite good. thanks also to cork langer and a few others i will be playing at level stakes in the future. would just like to ask cork langer a few questions and advice when you say level stakes is this a percentage of my bank? at the moment my bank is 4k would you recomend win bet or place bet, or certain odds once again thanks to all for the advice and good luck |

OP not as stupid as some try to make out on here. Had a good run, then had a bad day and quit whilst ahead rather than behaving like an addict and bankrupting himself. Started with a bank that he could afford to lose (I presume). Plently of 'experts' doing their £ on here and not being able to afford to charge up their electicity fob at the local corner shop.

I liked the thread but the caps lock statement " THIS IS HOW I MAKE £100 PER DAY" was naive at best.

selections were timed tbh...

The OP is having a wee rethink about thing`s.
He came on here today & manfully admitted that his previous strategy may be a wee bit flawed. |
|
By:
Accepted may be a better word, never mind, it was big of him to do so in my book.
|
|
By:

Whatyoulookingat, glad to see that you have decided to change track.
With regard to staking, based on your 4k bank I'd suggest converting it to 400 points ie 1 point = 10 euro/pound and using a ratio of 1:3 for win/place backs meaning that your first bet will represent 1% of your total bank. If we apply those parameters to the total selections you have put up on the thread to date, they produce the following after deducting commission at a rate of 5% based on BSP (you may have beaten that price but for these purposes have used BSP) Win 44 points @10 = 440 Place 22 points @30 = 660 By pure coincidence the total profit of 1,100 is the same as you had before yesterday, the difference being that these include yesterdays selections, so consequently your bank would have stood at 5,100 at close of play as your maximum loss would have been capped at 480. The important factor for you to take on board is to stick with your methodology for making your selections, they have served you well to date, with the exception of yesterday, and even then the place part would have almost covered itself, thereby meaning your total loss would have been well below the 480 referred to above, around a 150 in total infact. Any progress will of course be dictated by your ability to pick winners, update us as to how you are getting on or post your selections up so we can follow, best of luck |
|
By:
Thanks for that post Cork Lager.
|
|
By:
cork langer thanks for taking time out to reply
also thanks to zipper, typical thing yesterday 4 winners and 4 placed out of 10 selections decent prices as well once again would just like to say thanks and good luck for the future |
|
By:
Hi Whatyourlook Cork is spot on re the stakes
you should have drawn 8 out of 10 yesterday .. 80% its very hard to lose in the long run remember 1 win 4 place each pick of yours 3/1 up to 9/1 really fancy the nag .. 2win 8 place a ton a day is a walk in the park ... P/S dont get greedy ...good luck |
